Best customer service ever
Jorge Fernandez was an amazing pool concierge. 10/10 one of the best staff members I met when I stayed. Definitely will be coming back just because of him. We went to Cancun to celebrate my sisters birthday & he made it very special! Love him!!

An unforgettable stay at Casa Artistas
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte. Everything was excellent, from the beautiful setting and atmosphere to the service throughout the resort. Staying at Casa Artistas made the experience even more special.
A special thank-you to our butler team: Karina, Jared, and René. They were attentive, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their care and kindness truly made a difference in our stay.

Most amazing anniversary vacation ever! Second time back.
Everything is amazing about Xcaret Arte. The atmosphere, views, smell, food, drinks, adventures... But the BEST part is the hospitality. Everybody is so sweet and they make you feel like royalty. They go above and beyond every expectation and the stay wouldn't be near as nice without the amazing people. Jorge Fernandez, Ariel, Susie Bell, Christopher, they are all the best. Because of them, we will come back over and over again. They made our time extra special.

The hospitality is top notch. Everyone is always so sweet and attentive. 10/10, 5 Diamonds, not 5 stars. These people make the whole vacation amazing, more than the food and more than the scenery. Home away from home!
Love coming back as it always feels like home and we are always treated as family! The concierge I feel has been in a bit of a decline but everyone else definitely makes it worth it! (Although Eli kind of made up for it at the end) Our favorite people coming back time and time again: At the main infinity pool Alberto and Alexis always the warmest and always willing to help! Pool bar Antonio!
