Jorge provided great service at the main pool. He made our experience much better.
Please bring the grilled hot dogs back. They were the best!!!

Awesome experience
Xcaret Arte has been an amazing experience all around. Upon arrival we were assigned a personal concierge-Jeremías was a delight. He reached out to us every morning to make sure all our needs were being met. At the pool area Alexis ( concierge) served our every need ( sunscreen, drinks, towels , etc) Ariel was always on top of things with our drinks and snacks . During our tours Fabian and Marcos provided very detailed explanations regarding the archeological sites. As for the food I loved the variety of restaurants offered. Very casual yet delicious like the Mercado de San Juan to the very indulgent experience at LeChique with our personal server Ociel. It truly was a unique experience that I recommend if celebrating something special. The entertainment, the parks , the food — hope to return soon .

Jorge was absolutely amazing. He was attentive and kind. We always look forward to seeing him by the main pool.
