Xcaret Arte

Absolutely loved the rooftop pool at the pyramids part of the hotel. Uriel,Eunice,Gonzalo, and Frida were awesome. The customer service was amazing and the drinks were fantastic. Everyone is so sweet and the pool is very chill. They even made my friends a basket for their anniversary & birthday and they gave us some special drinks!

I booked my vacation on Xcaret Art. The day that we arrived the personal was very attentive, we check IN and we were approached by a gentleman and asked us if we were interested in a talk to be a Xcaret member, the next day! me my wife, sister-in-law and her husband went to the talk. he offered a free massage for 1 hour, we said why not. The day of the talk about becoming a member we were honest to the gentleman that was explaining to us the benefits of been a member. I TOLD HIM MANY TIMES THAT WE WERE NOT INTERESTED, he replied that he was doing his job and he had to tell his manager. his manager's name was NAHUE that is the name he introduced himself. I told him many times we did not want to be there to finish his talk that we want to enjoy the hotel, after he heard me talking to my wife in Inglish he started taking to me Inglish, that was very inappropriate because my relatives LIVE in Mexico, they did not have a clue what was happening. that was very RUDE FROM HIS PART. After many times of me telling him we were not buying. he gets up from the table on a very rude manner and sent another gentleman, whit the same attitude, he told us if you did not want to buy why you even her! I reply finish what you want to say because we want to go! he basically told us this is the door. we lost half of the day getting abused from these salespeople I don't think we deserved treated the way they did. I was thinking to book again because my experience with these people. I DO NOT KNOW NOW. I have to mentioned and give thanks to Pedro; he served us in the rooftop pool he is very attentive very professional after my experience I had talked with him, and he said don't worried enjoy the pool and let me Bring you guys a drink. thank you again Pedro and Ezequiel for your great service.

We had a wonderful visit to Xcaret Arte, and all-inclusive is true for this hotel. We spent a lot of time at the pool, and Jorge Fernandez, the pool concierge, took great care of us and everyone who came to his area. His professional and friendly attitude makes him a great asset, and he goes out of his way to make your pool experience a good one. The service is great, you can get drinks brought right to you, and at one of the rooftop pools you can even order snacks that make a pretty good lunch! Jonathan was our concierge, and he was very helpful and friendly. He always answered our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is fun and relaxing. The rooms are very nice and unique, with fixtures and artwork from around Mexico. The hotel is environmentally friendly, and the areas are kept very clean. They even kept the seaweed, which was very heavy when we were there, off of the beach area. The restaurants have good food, and plenty of choices. We think it is worth the money, because of all the parks and excursions that are part of the deal. There is plenty to do, and you can do as much or as little as you want. The service is great, and we look forward to going back to Xcaret Arte. When we do, we hope Jorge Fernandez is still there taking care of us at the pool!
