Staff at Xcaret Arte
All staff was incredible all around. Specifically Uriel, Frida, Darwin, Melissa, and Susibel were amazing at the Pyramid Casa rooftop bar and pool. So thoughtful and intentional with a little honeymoon surprise and genuine conversation. Attending our every need!
Cosexa - Best Vegan Food in Cancun
Cosexa was easily one of the highlights of our stay at Xcaret Arte.
A Vegan-friendly option was critical for us, and Cosexa was an exceptional option. We loved it so much we visited 7 times in 5 days.
The food was not only delicious, but incredibly creative in the vegan interpretations of traditional dishes paired with beautiful presentation. The service made the experience even more memorable. Karina welcomed us with such warmth and, after learning we were on our honeymoon, surprised us with champagne and a hand-drawn honeymoon picture. Daniel was outstanding every time he served us, taking the time to explain the menu in English, guide us through the dishes, and genuinely listen to our feedback. We were also treated to special dishes, including a seasonal vegan Chile en Nogada and, on our final visit, a surprise birria entrée created by Sous Chef David, who personally came out to present and explain the dish. Add in the beautiful rooftop setting and views, and Cosexa delivers an experience that is just as memorable as the food itself.
This place is worth it
The staff here is really friendly and attentive. The amenities are wonderful. You’ll never be bored. When they say all inclusive they really mean all inclusive. The staff at the rooftop pools were really awesome as well as restaurant staff. I think it’s definitely worth the money.

Amazing service from Amazing people
We went here for our 20th Wedding Anniversary a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing. We stayed in the diseno casa and used the rooftop pool daily. I would like to give a shout out to my 2 favorite people at this resort. We were lucky enough to have a server named Ruben take care of us for the week. His service was amazing and he made us feel at home. He gave us good tips on new drinks to try and he went above and beyond to make our week amazing. I really hope they promote him because he an amazing human being and was such a positive person to be around. I miss him. And my other favorite person at the resort was Karen who also worked at that same rooftop pool. She was always to excited to see us and do anything she could to make our anniversary special. She always made sure we had dry towels and she even gave me a cucumber facial with a cold towel on my face while I relaxed in my lounger in the sun. I also hope they promote her because she is also an amazing person and was such a great part of our week.
