I am writing this review just to give credit where credit is due. Janet you were the best part of this trip. You for sure made our experience at UNICO better than it would’ve ever been without you. Loved the attention we got from you. All of the things you did for us. And we already miss you. This is an excellent hotel. Food is amazing. All of the staff is extremely friendly and great. The rooms are nice too
Pampering and relaxing
Alexander and Alejandro made things so much easier and enjoyable to take the stress out of reservations and spa services. Joanna was wonderful in the office! She made joining a pleasure and seamless!
Another Incredible Stay at UNICO 20°87°
We had an amazing stay at UNICO 20°87°! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Every employee we encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great vacation. The service throughout the resort was exceptional. This is our second stay and we were lucky enough to have the same local host as our last trip. Mario is simply the best!
The drinks were outstanding—well-made, delicious, and there was a great variety to choose from. Whether we were at the pool or one of the bars, the bartenders were fantastic and always happy to make recommendations.
The food exceeded our expectations. Every restaurant we tried was excellent, with high-quality ingredients, great flavors, and beautiful presentation. We looked forward to every meal and never had a disappointing dining experience.
Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Overall, UNICO delivered a true luxury experience. Between the outstanding staff, amazing food and drinks, and beautiful accommodations, we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway!

Our experience with Roger and Flores during our trip to Unico was exceptional. Every single matter was attended to with great detail and attention. We have traveled to Unico many times and have and will always request Roger and Flores. Until next time.
