Premium, Authentic and relaxing
Very authentic, clean and luxurious hotel and resort. Isaias and all staff I had the previlage to interact with were very helpful, kind and hard working..recommend to anyone looking for a premium, slow paced relaxing vacation.
Best trip ever
Had an amazing time with my parents, but what truly made the difference was Roger .. he just made our trip the best ever... Well so recommend this butler, he always went above and beyond....

We have just returned from this hotel after a 11 day stay the location is perfect if you don’t mind being a little away from the action this is why we choose this hotel the hotel is a little more chilled than the other resorts we have visited and again this is why we choose it everything is spotless from the rooms to the pool area the staff who keep the toilets immaculate do an amazing job and probably don’t get the recognition they deserve well done all 👍all the staff are very friendly helpful and will give you advice on the best choices to make when choosing an evening meal we did not have one meal that was not delicious and beautifully presented and that goes for the lunch pool side snack bar here you will find someone who was always smiling laughing and making jokes that is Eugenio you are a legend 😄then we had the pleasure of of been served with our drinks by the pool by Erik you definitely have a talent knowing when someone wants a drink and always so very pleasant all other pool staff are equally helpful pleasant but these two just were awesome the sports bar in the evening is where everyone seems to make for the entertainment is very very low key ourselves personally didn’t enjoy the sports bar but that’s a personal choice and is no way a negative but the lady who served our drinks always knew what we wanted and her name is Marisela it is always busy in there but she always took time to speak and ask about our day she is very good at her job abd and a lovley lady it is a nice idea to have your concierge available throughout the door anything you need and he was there Mendoza he does a great job keeping us informed on all the activities available daily and making our dining reservations and also checking in on us everyday thank you all in all this hotel is beautiful clean the food amazing the staff even better hope the higher management realise what a great team they have the only downside was in check in we were asked for a 500 dollar deposit on our credit card which in insight we should have checked before arriving and after a 10 hr flight we didn’t feel our best but no problem and the only other thing that did annoy us it only happened once on making a reservation at the grill restaurant we arrived with a couple already waiting and we were asked to wait while a couple behind us were shown to a table first I think this is a member 🤔 I’m sorry but we all pay money to holiday and we pay a lot from the uk so that tainted that meal otherwise everything else was perfect thank you

Relaxing romantic getaway
We spent a wonderful week enjoying this property with good friends.
This location has been by far the most refined and sophisticated I have been to in Mexico. Staff is friendly and eager to help with a smile. We were consistently asked if there was anything they could do for us and willing to assist with any needs.
The food - 10 stars! Every dinner was new and exotic. Each restaurant was well defined in flavors and preparation - so you felt you weren’t eating out of the same kitchen.
Mixology class with Louis was informative and fun!
Housekeeping was most impressive! Our room was cleaned by the time we came back from breakfast and we had turn down service each evening while we were at dinner. Mini bar/coffee was refreshed each day with no fuss. We loved the surprise sweet treats and champagne in the room after a long hard day at the pool!
The spa was relaxing. We did the hydrotherapy many times during the week even had a hot stones couples massage one afternoon - which was heavenly. You have to try the hot wax candle!
The pools are beautiful. The quiet pool is serene with a swim up bar. The bigger pools are more active with daily aqua spin class and water aerobics. The volleyball net often had staff led games. The net is a little too tall - but people seemed to adapt and had fun.
We loved this resort and look forward to visiting again!!
