Its our last day at this fabulous hotel.
If your looking for something very chill then this is the place for you!
The rooms are beautiful, great food and the best staff. Not 1 member of staff have been anything but helpful! Especially the butlers.
You can use the carts anywhere you want to go using the app, they take you to all of the 4 lobbys and restaurants because it would take an age to walk! The restaurants are all great but helios is my favourite!I love all types of food but my husband is quite fussy so a few breakfasts we've gone over to the nest buffet restaurant.
Can't fault this place at all! The wildlife is fabulous too x
Only downside for me would be i wish it was a bit livelier around the infinity pool and also that the beach access is atthe next resort but other than that its brilliant x

Tacky & party central
They say R&R but it’s just a party hotel which allows the selling of cannabis etc and people partying in there rooms till 4am with jacuzzi’s on. Food is average, no rotation of menus or buffet options, food is sat there for ages as we had to scrape food off the dishes due to being sat there. Go elsewhere!

Good resort just hot
The hotel is very nice modern it is in a jungle setting so that means mosquitoes I put stuff on but it didn’t help had to stay in AC everywhere which is not fun since I like outside and this time it was so hot it was no fun outside unless you were in a pool day or night there wasn’t very many guests so they closed a lot of restaurants everywhere so most restaurants were busy and they are giving staff time off I guess to save money so I didn’t get to see a lot of staff I know so with the seaweed no good beach expensive flights staff gone this time wasn’t my favorite maybe next time will be better the food was good and the staff that was there were good thanks to all Victor at ptc Martha at helios Jose at lobby bar and the small girl server at la terraza we called her hellya but that’s not how you spell it loved her laugh and all of the managers thanks

Relaxing in Paradise
This was a short getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was incredible! TRS Yucatan is a wonderful escape to paradise! The property is beautiful and the service is AMAZING! All of the staff members are so friendly and kind! The butlers, pool staff, bartenders, restaurant staff were all incredible! We stayed in an amazing suite with a private pool.The room was so big and beautiful! We had a floating breakfast for my husband’s birthday, which was so beautiful! I can’t say enough about this resort! We can’t wait to come back!
