Best Summer trip ever!
This is a quick review of TRS Yucatan. The resort is absolutely, absolutely amazing especially if you are like us and you love the pools and not crazy for the beach. To start with, we were in building 67 in the Ambassador’s Suite. The Butlers we had were Maggie and Gabriel and they were outstanding. Maggie is the top-notch of all butlers throughout all of the Palladium Hotels. There is absolutely nothing this young lady,Maggie, wouldn’t do to make sure that we had the most memorable stay ever. All staff were amazing, polite, and saw to our every need. The restaurants, Tentazione, LaBoheme, Helios and El Gaucho were great, especially the atmosphere there. What makes this resort so amazing is the staff. Breakfast and lunch at Helios was fantastic and we have to give special thanks to the two Daniel’s, Alan, Martha, Chef Roberto, Miriam, Gabriela, and Ashley. Tentazione was fabulous as Chef Roberto cooked some very delicious food. Javier and Erasmo were outstanding. LaBoheme chef, Roberto, cooked a special meal not on the menu and it was the Best meal of the trip. Paulo was so helpful in making our dinners special.
Housekeeping in Villa 67 were all amazing! Our room was cleaned well each and every day, both refrigerators were always stocked, turn down service was excellent and Maggie always made it special to come back to the room each night.
Spa was nice and of course always great dealing with Dynoe, my friend.
Chic is the Best show at the resort with great singers like Mayra and led by Jonathan. Sonia and Hector did an amazing job with taking care of us at Chic and Bingo. Ronald was very welcoming and a great guy to talk with.
This trip was one of our best! Special thanks go out to our family away from home, Jonathan the manager, Fidel, Kelly, bartender Sarah and Maggie who went well beyond anything to make us feel like we were home.

Another amazing experience!
This was our second time returning to this upgraded resport. TRS lives up to its name. The quality was impeccable and the service remarkable. Every experience was made personal and to please. Cannot wait to return!
You work hard for your money. There are better places to spend it.
Palladium really struggles. They need help in the worst sort of way.
The problems begin at the airport when you arrive. Palladium has a third party contractors running the shuttle to and from the airport World 2 Meet (W2M), be careful they don’t tell you that you are not on the pickup list when you actually are. It’s a scam and they will pocket the money you spend on a transfer.
They also have travel club people scamming guests by telling them they will give $500 in points to sit through their presentation. You do as they ask, sit through their garbage presentation, and then they will place your “points” on an account which is not the account you booked under. You will think there is no problem until checkout when Palladium will expect you to pay full price for whatever service you thought you were getting for free with those points. It’s all a scam.
There are companies out there whose guests are actually important to them and who actually address issues. Palladium is 180 degrees from that. They are 100% an “it’s your problem, not ours” type of company. And sadly that business model seems to work as they did sucker us into a stay. However, it will be the last time as there are better places on the Mayan Riviera to spend your hard earned money than at a palladium.

Recently visited TRS! It was a great experience from the time we arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly, truly went out of their way to make my stay even better.
A special shout-out to the DJ, Daniel, who was fantastic! The music selection was excellent and created a fun upbeat atmosphere!
Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
