Paddle boarding was amazing wit Otto! One of the best things. Do recommend.
The atmosphere was amazing!! The entertainment crew was excellent especially Otto, Ovi, Chino, Gigi, Joshua, Poncho, and Lalo. The games and crafts they put on were excellent and very fun. They put on crazy games, football, volleyball games, soccer games, black jack, foam party, and some of the crafts they had were dream catchers, bracelet making. ( Otto is a good paddle boarding teacher) Also Fredy was an awesome bartender and served great drinks. David the server at the market was wonderful when we ate breakfast and lunch there. Overall had a great experience!!! Would go back again!
Monkey walking tour with Otto
We have had the best time at Hard Rock , what really makes this place special is the fabulous staff especially OTTO who took us on the monkey walking tour which was super fun & we learned lots of interesting stuff will definitely return
Wonderful get away!
This was our third visit. We enjoy it more each time. It's a beautiful place. So much to do. Great dining and plenty of options. The best part of Hard Rock is the staff. Warm, friendly always striving to make you feel welcome and pampered. Paola our butler was so attentive and always available. And Maria and Gabby at Faro and Matilde at Umo made us feel part of their family. Looking forward to our next visit!

We had an absolutely amazing week at the Hard Rock! From the moment we checked in, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was in a perfect location, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The service throughout the resort was exceptional, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Watching the World Cup with everyone in the lobby created such an unforgettable atmosphere and made our vacation even more special.
We visited most of the restaurants during our stay, and every meal was delicious with an incredible variety of options.
A special thank you to Alfredo, the restaurant manager, and “Tío” Mauricio, our waiter at The Market restaurant. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable with their outstanding service, kindness, and attention to detail.
