Eduardo is so amazing..Ask for him when you arrive! he’s at the sports bar and will always take care of you..even if it’s just water..He the best!
Great Hotel!
Beautiful Hotel with great staff and a great experience. Be very mindful of the time of the year that you go as the sargassum is quite intense during that season.
The rooms are nice, quiet and quite big with very nice beds. Very clean as well.
My only minor complaint is that this hotel is the combination of 4 neighbouring hotels. Often ammenities are disparately spaced out around the very large property. This was confusing and felt really unneccesary.

We had the best experience at Grand Palladium this past week! The resort is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food was good. In the short week we were there, our buddy Javi at the white sands lobby bar remembered us, made us feel like family, and not to mention the amazing drinks he served us as well! We will talk about this trip for the rest of our lives. Thank you Grand Palladium and thank you Javi!!

Very nice aquagym with Donald!
Holiday experience
Donald was very helpful, friendly and polite. We loved his Aqua aerobics sessions every day. He was very patient and helpful especially when I done paddle boarding for the first time. All the staff are lovely and friendly and xx but do enough to help you. The restaurants were lovely too along either way guys good. I would definitely come back again.
