Perfect 2 week stay
Had an absolute fantastic time at this hotel for our anniversary absolutely cannout fault any of the staff a special shout out to Miguel and Antonio at the colonial lobby bar they made most of our nights
If you have any worries about food I wouldn't my wife is very fussy and always found something to eat
The size of the place is a bit crazy but they have excellent shuttle services to get you about
Rooms are an excellent size
Only note I would have is remember bug repellant

These guys behind the bar, Miguel, Antonio, Arturo, rudiberto,, Santiago and Alejandro have been brilliant, they’ve made our vacation that little bit more special, can’t thank them enough.

What a place. What an experience.
The best staff in the world. Antonio, Miguel, Arturo, Jose, Santiago and Rudiberto. THE BOYS!!!!!! in the colonial lobby bar. Best of the best.

Great, beautiful, place!
Can't say enough about this place. If you want to come to an adults only, a family friendly, a couples retreat, or even as a single person...this place is where you should go. The staff is great, the food is great, the amenities, lobbies, pools, restaurants, shows, ALL great. LOVE this place and will be bringing family, friends, others with us next time! Thank you Palladium for a great vacation.
Not to my liking
Pros - large pools, buffet staff very nice
Cons - the food was average as it was the exact same the whole 7 days we were there, at least the buffet, we did not try the restaurants.
The entertainment was mediocre at best. Nightly shows not very good and no entertainment throughout the day at all.
Not much to do at all at this resort.
The beach was very small and water still had sargassum even in October so we didn’t get to enjoy the ocean at all.
We’ve vacationed in Mexico yearly and have been to numerous resorts with better food and entertainment.
Would not stay at Grand palladium again
