Fantastic vacation!
Silver and Fatima Sarahi, Michelle, Maria were fantastic and made the trip a fantastic experience, we would reccomend to anyone!
Incredible property and service; the people are why we keep coming back!
6 night getaway with the wifey...I suggest 10 days, but we could only swing 6 this time. We try to come to the area at least once/year and this is our favorite place Impeccably clean rooms with incredible cleaning/gardening staff! The staff make all the difference for us; they are uber-customer oriented! My wife loves to walk the grounds in the morning...it's incredible how much the staff do to keep the jungle from taking over each day, but keep it as naturally beautiful as possible. They literally worked through the night to remove sargassum as much as possible...mother nature continues to win that fight as she seems to have an endless supply, but I wouldn't survive one day of the hard work those good people do to try to keep the beach as clean as possible.
Restaurants: Food quality was the best it's ever been...had lobster 3 of the 6 nights; delicious everytime. Steak was amazing each night, too!
Caribbean (Palace seafood): Server Jesus Gonzales was very busy with big tables of families but still made our 2-top feel important and taken care of! Excellent server, will definitely request him in the future.

One of The Best Vacation
One of the best family reunion. Weather, room, food, pools, drinks, dive shop all very good. Great service
Carlos was very attentive at the Pool Bar He completely elevated our afternoon with amazing energy, fast service, and some of the best refreshing drinks we’ve had all trip. Even when the deck got incredibly busy, Carlo kept a smile on their face and made sure everyone was taken care of. If you’re stopping by for a drink, definitely look for him at the POOL BAR—10/10 service!
