Relaxation
This is a beautiful resort with a beautiful atmosphere. It was clean and everyone was friendly. However the food is not good and there are limited things do. The resort is a great place to relax and have drinks. However there is not much else to due after the pool closes. A certain restaurant are only open on certain days, which was a hassle and the food wasn’t good at any of them really. After raining a day the resort had links in multiple places with the ceiling falling down. However the views were amazing!

Rooms always clean and food were excellent. Especially the mexican and steakhouse restaurants. Staff was very nice absolutely everywhere. Special thanks Eva, Diego, and Irving. The hotel is very big but it was not busy.

Great hotel and all the staff were super friendly. A special mention to bell boy Diego who was smiling every time we saw him.
BOOK ELSEWHERE!
We are here now. Bricks and mortar is the only good thing! No towels in our room, not cleaned . Asked why, response was do not disturb sign was out yet our fridge was RESTOCKED???? Food is edible is all I can say. Employees are RUDE! Book elsewhere!
