Friends trip
The entire staff was amazing but special thanks to Damian, Nadel and Daniel. They were always smiling and ready to assist. The service was top notch and the food was amazing!!

Great resort to visit again and again
This is a great place for a wonderful couples friendly experience without drama. This was a return visit for us. The restaurants were all very good with good variety of options. The sommelier was top notch with great wine and tequila tastings. Luis was the best activities host who kept people involved and entertained. Julio is a phenomenal waiter who remembered your usual requests and the other waiters were good as well. Daniel and Damian were wonderful taking care of any poolside needs related to our chairs, umbrellas, towels and cabanas. Highly recommend this place.
Highly recommend Secrets Riviera Cancun
Had the best time with friends at Secrets Riviera Cancun. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was good and there were plenty of options. Definitely recommend a swim out room. The water was much cooler than the big pools and if you’re lucky, Nedel will be your server. He was so friendly and accommodating. From the start, he remembered our names, favorite drinks and food, and even brought us things to try that he thought we’d enjoy. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, but he went above and beyond. Damion was also super friendly and made amazing sand art for our group. Hope to return soon.
Friends trip
The service and smiles were top notch from the first day! Nadel was our main waiter and he made sure we had the best time. He was so kind and knowledgeable about the resort. The cabana boys Damian and Danel were also amazing and greeted us everyday with a smile. So friendly and eager to make out time the best. The whole team was exceptional!
