2 Weeks at Secrets Riviera Cancun - Great Time
Food, service and on hotel activities were great. Luis was great with pool activities, Daniel and Damien pool chairs, towels, even cleaned our sun glasses regularly. , Nedel and Gibran pool drinks, carlos and Jesus at the preferred bar gave excellent service and our UVC rep Ivan was outstanding. Loved the 3:00PM om hotel activities.

My stay at Secrets Riviera Cancun was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed. It didn’t feel like we were staying at a resort—it felt like we were guests in their home. Everyone was so attentive, kind, and always greeted us with a smile.
A special thank you to Ariel, Sofia, Julio, Erika, Eduardo, Luis (Entertainment), Mia (Entertainment), Fausto at Rosewater Restaurant, and Jesus at the Italian Restaurant. Each of you went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. What a amazing time I had!!!
Overall, my experience was very pleasant. Food and room were amazing! Level of service was very good as well. Would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.
Don't go because....
Dont believe the you tube video its a sham the place is not new its a recycled hotel where they are still working the food is sub par the beach is yellow /green and unswimable spend your hard earned dollars on another place There is a reason why they call it secrets it sucks
