Boab family holiday
Great holiday with family at this resort . Fantastic service , especially from our waiter at the pool , Juan . What a guy. - lovely pleasant and so efficient . Didn't see us go dry once lol . He's a credit to this hotel . Not to take away the service received from the rest of the staff . First class
Tapenaike
Went back to Royalton splash. But now we took our teenage kids and we had a fantastic time. Jorge Armando Recognized us from our last trip, and kept us well hydrated. We made friends with so many other workers as well. We took the catamaran to Isla Mujeres. Beautiful beach the water and the sand. We'll definitely go to this resort for the third time.

We had a wonderful time here as Diamond guests. The resort has many pools and their were always pool chairs available.
We especially appreciated our "dynamic duo" butler team, Alex and Ricardo, who helped us throughout our 10 day stay. Alex came to us throughout hot sunny days, and always addressed our needs and questions with friendliness and professionalism. We appreciated Ricardo's humor, and especially his responsiveness to an after hours lost and found urgency that almost made him miss his bus. Both helped juggle our large group's dinner requests, and always "stayed cool", even while always working in extreme heat with a smile..
We will miss not being able to send our WhatsApp "bat signal" after we leave, but will remember their service fondly. Thanks so much, Amigos!:)

Isreal from the bar service very friendly . Will defo return . Entertainment was good Rooms clean and spacious loads of choice for food
Diamond club all day long
Location is excellent, very close proximity to the airport. The atmosphere was great throughout. We had heard that there was no music at the pools but thales was not the case. The room was excellent, paid for an upgrade and had an awesome swim up room. Everything was clean and service was great throughout. Our butlers Ivan and Diego were tremendous as was Jorbin in the DC swim up bar.
