Water park and evening shows really add to the family experience
We took our kids to Mexico for the first time and stayed at Royalton Splash Cancun. It was an unforgettable trip! They loved the water park, and the pool areas were beautiful. We had excellent food and service every night for dinner. One of our family members has a food allergy, and he did not have any issues from his dinner meals. Breakfast and lunch were more difficult to find sit-down options for (buffet and food truck options were available, but less desirable due to allergy). We did opt for butler service, and our butlers were AMAZING! They ordered lunch (and delivered!) to alleviate the allergy concern for us, booked all our dinners and excursion transportation, and simply provided exceptional service at every opportunity...huge kudos to Cesar and Alonso! The resort never felt crowded and we always had ample pool loungers and chairs in the lobby area to choose from. There were family-friendly shows every night and even the adults were entertained by them. Our kids were able to try their hand at karaoke and riding an electronic bull during the nightlife. In addition to our beloved butlers, other people who made our stay better include Claudio (coffee cart in Gourmet Marche), Amor (photography team), Jonathan (Zen chef), and Gerardo (fitness center) - thank you all!
