Located on prime beachfront property, this all-inclusive resort enjoys dazzling views of the Caribbean, a magnificent white-sand beach and crystal-clear waters surrounded by tropical foliage. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, currency exchange, lift, a hairdresser and an auditorium. Younger guests will love the children's playground and kids' club. Meals are served in the café, pub and there is a choice of bars and restaurants. There are also conference facilities, wireless Internet access, room service, a laundry service (for a fee) and a car park.
Guest are required to make advance reservations for the restaurants Sensai, Rittrato d´Italia and Villamarina.

Family vacation
The resort and their amenties is very good. Staffs are all friendly, good service. The only downside is the beach that has lots of seawood. Would have been better if they at least remove the seaweed everyday so that it did nit accumulate that much or did something so that the beach is still usable. Otherwise everything is good.
Mayan dinner and pool service
We had a great experience at Ocean Coral. I am a member of this hotel and w e always get treated like family. We did the Mayan dinner this time, juan and Alex took great care of us. The Mayan dinner was a great experience and I would highly recommend doing it. There was a show with food in between. The food was great and so was the show.
Also at the privilege pool, Enrique was super awesome. He helped us out everyday we were at the pool. He gave us water towels and took great care of us. If
Beach, what beach!
We had a really enjoyable stay at Ocean Coral Turquesa and there was plenty to love. The staff were genuinely friendly and always happy to help, which made a real difference throughout our holiday. The à la carte restaurants were excellent with fantastic food, but make sure you book your reservations at 10am every day as the slots disappear quickly.
The pools were lovely and the swim-up bar became the social hub of the resort a great place to chat and meet people. If you want a proper swim, get in early because the water warms up a lot during the day and doesn't do much to cool you off. The pools could also do with a better clean in places, so just be mindful when swimming.
Mike's Coffee House was a daily favourite for us perfect for a good coffee or tea. Also, don't underestimate the raccoons! They're adorable, but they'll happily raid your bag for food if you leave anything inside.
The Kids Club was a little disappointing for children over the age of nine, with limited activities to keep older kids engaged.
The biggest issue, however, is the beach. We genuinely wish we'd known about the sargassum before booking because it's something that isn't made clear when you're choosing your holiday. By the time you arrive, it's too late. The smell can be overpowering, and the sea along this stretch of the Riviera Maya is largely inaccessible for swimming because of the huge amounts of seaweed. We completely understand that this is a natural phenomenon and not the hotel's fault, but it dramatically changes the type of holiday you're getting. Had we known how severe the sargassum situation was, we simply would not have chosen to holiday in the Riviera Maya region. If you're dreaming of white sandy beaches, crystal-clear Caribbean water and swimming in the sea every day, this isn't the destination for you while the sargassum is present. It's something future travellers should be aware of before they book, so read the small print from your travel agency!
