Our stay at Margaritaville Cancun was absolutely incredible! It was truly the best trip ever, and our large group of coworkers had such an amazing time from start to finish. The resort, atmosphere, food, drinks, and overall experience made it a trip we’ll be talking about for a long time!
A huge shoutout to Joaquín, and our bartender, Abdiel, who went above and beyond to make our stay so special. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. Their service and personalities added so much to our experience, and we couldn’t have asked for better people looking after our group.
Traveling with a large group can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made everything feel effortless and enjoyable. Joaquín and Abdiel especially made us feel welcomed, remembered, and appreciated throughout our stay.
We are already talking about coming back! Thank you to the entire Margaritaville Cancun team, and especially Joaquín and Abdiel, for making this the best trip ever!
Best Butler Ever
We had a group of 15 at the resort for a week. The whole staff was very nice and helpful. Joaquin our butler went above and beyond for us each day. From transportation, to food & drinks to entertainment he was on it. Always checking in on us. Whatever we wanted he made happen. Abdi our bartender was great. He kept our drinks full the whole week! All the restaurants were amazing and the food was great. House keeping was on point! I had one of the best massages ever at the spa. The resort was very clean and beautiful.
The perfect getaway for couples or a business retreat!
Beautiful resort with so many things to do. Its size makes you feel at home. So many wonderful restaurants, games at the pool & beach. Very friendly staff. Location is very close for day trips to gorgeous islands like Isla Mujeres. By 8pm things are winding down for dinners and entertainment at the main bar. The entertainment is always so fun! Dancing, live music and friendly bartenders always make the end of the night the icing on the cake. The cleaning crews never stop and your room is always made fresh while you’re relaxing in the pool or enjoying the sunshine down on the beach.

We had an amazing stay at Margaritaville! The amenities and grounds were beautiful, and SOS bar was definitely the place to be. Bartender Abdiel was wonderful and made our time there even more enjoyable. Most importantly, our butler Joaquin was phenomenal! He was incredibly attentive and always available for anything we needed. His service truly made our stay special. This was our second year visiting the property and would not mind visiting yet again in the future!

Wonderful people and beach
This is a beautiful resort and the location is great! Service is top notch. Have never met more friendly people. When here you should definitely get a hold of Joaquin one of the butlers as he goes above and beyond for the guest, also Angel, the bartender is phenomenal... He just kept moving around from bar to bar though so it was difficult to find him 🤣 there were two of us couples on this trip and we were all very impressed with pretty much everything. Can't wait to return! The rooms were nice and spacious. The beach was beautiful, pools could be a little deeper hahaha. The food was good, nothing extraordinary but it is an all-inclusive so as far as all inclusives go the food was pretty good. We stayed for a week and found there was plenty of variety any longer than that and we may have been wanting other things. Joe, merchants is fine. Just like at any other Margaritaville has what I need to stock my mini fridge.
