A great place to just relax
If you are looking to just relax and unwind, this resort provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The very friendly staff is quite refreshing as well. This resort is highly recommended.

I would definitely come back—what a wonderful place to relax and unwind! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially loved that they provided airport transfers to and from the property. We were also assigned a concierge who contacted us before our arrival and helped us book our trip to Tulum, which made everything so easy and convenient. We traveled with friends and two girls, and the kids had a great time. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the beach because of the sargassum issue, but that was a problem affecting all the beaches at the time. I did notice that the property made a real effort to keep the beach clean and free of sargassum, although it would unfortunately keep coming back. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return!
Relaxing, quiet location in Puerto Morelos
If looking for a relaxing, upscale location to enjoy with family/friends, I highly recommend The Grand Residences by Royal Resorts. The added special services really does add to the experience. Plus, the staff are top-notch and will take very good care of you.
Great Relaxing resort
The Grand Residences is a great resort. Friendly staff, great villas, perfect location for just relaxing. We have been there twice now and love the layed back not overly crowded atmosphere. We are no longer into the "party" crowds of Cancun which we get at our other resort. We love to come down to the Grand Residenes to spend relaxing days at the pool and enjoy some good food. The villas are very comfortable and the property itself is beautiful

Peaceful anniversary respite.
Beautiful resort. Master suites were amazing. Awesome and attentive staff. The perfectly peaceful anniversary getaway. Going in September, we almost had the resort to ourselves. We would not recommend this for families with children that want a lot to do. Definitely more of an adult friendly resort. The beach isn’t the best. We were there during seaweed season. Even without the seaweed it is a small beach.
