Great for family vacation
We stayed with our family in one of the 2 bedroom villas with a pool and our experience was great. We have 3 older kids(preteen and adult) and it was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and relax. Michele and Gracia were great with all the activities and got our kids involved in things and we got to make crafts that we took home as souvenirs. We even got our kids to do karaoke thanks to them. Other than finding it a little odd to have to sign a check after every meal at an all inclusive resort it was a great experience. We can't speak to the beach much as the sarrgassm was very bad during our time, but there's nothing the resort can do about Mother nature and they were out every day trying to clean it up. My youngest still enjoyed building sand castles and we swam in the pools the whole time. Overall, we would gladly return. The resort itself is relatively small which allowed it to not be crowded or overrun at any time and it was relaxing and felt more intimate.

10/10 overall experience! This is my second time staying at this resort because I love it so much. Service is over the top friendly & quick. The rooms were cleaned daily & we all felt safe and taken care of the entire time. The vibes were great at the pool with music and the beach was so relaxing. Would definitely recommend to people looking for a great all inclusive spot, I will be back!

Great Place to stay
Grand Residence always seems to go above and beyond treating their guests as family. The food is so much better then what you get at other all inclusive.
