Amazing trip for my wife and I to the Grand Residences in Puerto Morelos. It was exactly what we needed to rest and recharge at this beautiful and relaxing location. Aside from the fantastic food, clean and well decorated suites, beautiful pools and fun activities, it was the staff that made the trip unforgettable! They truly make you feel special, like family!! We will no doubt be back soon 😊

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax with some activities, this will be a great place. Rooms and facilities are clean and well maintained.

I honestly don’t know where to begin because there are simply no words to describe the incredible experience our family had at Grand Residences Riviera Cancun Royal Resort in Puerto Morelos, Mexico.

Even before we arrived, our concierge, Ms. Caren Moron, was texting us to welcome us and making sure every detail of our trip was taken care of. She was truly the highlight of our stay, arranging everything from our airport transportation to dining reservations and excursions. She made us feel like valued guests before we even stepped foot on the property.

Our airport pickup was flawless. We were greeted with cold bottled water and refreshing towels, and from that moment until we departed, we never had to touch our luggage. The level of service was truly first-class.

Upon arriving at the resort, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks while Ms. Diana warmly checked us in. She thoroughly explained the resort, its amenities, and all the services available to us. Her kindness and professionalism immediately made us feel at home.

Our room was absolutely immaculate. Ms. Maria and her housekeeping team were exceptional, servicing our room twice daily. They kept everything spotless, made our beds beautifully, provided fresh towels, and even left thoughtful decorative touches that made us smile every day.

Once we settled in, we headed to the pool, where the staff at the Heaven Beach Bar completely exceeded our expectations. Their service was outstanding. Before we even realized we needed another drink, someone was already there asking if we’d like a refill. Whether we were at the pool or relaxing on the beach, they constantly checked on us with genuine warmth and care.

A special thank you to Jesus, who greeted us every morning by personally placing and perfectly arranging towels on our lounge chairs. It may seem like a small gesture, but it reflected the attention to detail and genuine hospitality that made this resort so special.

The entertainment team, Alex and Michelle, brought so much energy and fun to every activity. From crafts and dances to aquatic games, they made everyone feel welcome and encouraged guests of all ages to participate. Their enthusiasm was contagious.

The valet staff was equally impressive. Every time we entered or left the resort, they greeted us with smiles, opened doors, and always made our comfort and security a priority.

The teams at El Faro and Flor de Canela treated us like family. From the hostesses to every waiter and waitress, everyone was attentive and welcoming. By our second morning, they had already remembered exactly how I liked my coffee and anticipated our preferences before we even asked. Dining with the beautiful ocean view every day made every meal even more memorable.

A huge thank you to Rene, our bartender, who made the most amazing drinks—from delicious iced coffees to creative cocktails. Every drink was prepared perfectly, and he never disappointed.

One of the highlights of our trip was watching the World Cup Final at the resort. Their watch party was beyond impressive. The transformation of the venue was incredible, with amazing food, drinks, decorations, and exceptional service. It truly felt like we were part of something special.

Needless to say, this resort exceeded every expectation we had. I can honestly say I have nothing negative to say about our experience.

Our 19-year-old son, who initially wasn’t sure if this quieter resort would be for him, ended up having an amazing time and said he would absolutely come back. That alone speaks volumes.
