Unbelievable Service
Our stay was fantastic. The service was top notch, great restaurant choices and food. The last river was relaxing. I would go again. Loved our root, room service. Would have likes more shows for night time entertainment and a better beach but everything else was great

Dream honeymoon
We stayed for 2 weeks for our honeymoon. We had to change rooms as our original smelled of paint due to maintenance taking place next door. We were initially disappointed but we were given a couples Swedish massage and the new room was to the same standard as our original. After this we cannot complain the food and service were great. Special shout out to the entertainment team, we loved the aqua aerobics and volleyball as well as the shows in the theatre in the evening! We didn’t want to leave!
13+ TIMES AND NO PLANS TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE
We LOVE this place so much. We have been there so many times, we have even brought our kids with us now that they are older and they love it as well! For reference, they are 21, 23, 25 and they have all come at different ages. We plan on all being there in January as well. This place is beyond amazing for service. No place we have ever been, that is not Excellence brand, even compares. The food is amazing , especially for a resort and it is so clean but the service is what always stands out the most. If there is anything they can do for you, they will. We just returned from a trip and upon arrival, we were pretty hungry. We went to Kitchen Table for lunch and there was no guacamole on the buffet, while I was in the restroom, my hubs asked our server, Carlos and when I got back to the table, there was a dish of guacamole and chips! This is not shocking at all but but just one tiny example of how things are done at Excellence! We have recommended Excellence to so many friends and all of our friends who have gone, loved it and many have returned. I have said many times, if you go to Excellence and have a proble, chances are, you're the problem!

1st time at Excellence
amazing 5 star! The food was perfect, very good and not bland at all. The service was amazing, they have many staff who will stop what they are doing and answer questions or actually take you where you are going. The beds were very comfortable, and even though there were many guests the rooms were very quiet! I love the fact that these doors do not "slam" closed as in other resorts we have stayed in. I want to go back !!!
