Fabulous hotel and staff
Our 4th trip from the UK and it didn’t disappoint. There were some renovations going on when we were there, but it didn’t make a huge difference to our experience, because as usual the staff went out of their way give the best service. I am gluten intolerant and most restaurants would adapt dishes and suggest alternatives for me. A few shout outs to the staff. Oscar the manager at Agave sorted out a small issue that we had at dinner and could not do enough for us. Osvaldo at the martini bar looked after us every night. Veronica and Carlos and the lovely hostesses at the kitchen table were great at breakfast. Hector at the grill made sure we had great service there. Jorge and Hugo at pool were so hard working and friendly. Lucia from the coffee shop always had a smile and a friendly chat in the morning. Looking forward to returning next year when the renovations are complete.

Don’t think about it, just book!
Just got back from our 2nd trip to ERC. We went with two other couples and had the best time. The food at all the restaurants was great. 0 complaints. 10/10 would recommend. The guys went offsite and golfed one day and had a great time also. All the staff we encountered were wonderful. Some of our favorites were:
Pool bar: Ivan and Feliciano (they kept us entertained all day)
Dinner: Alfredo - he served us at the Mexican fiesta and Chez Isabelle. He is so attentive.
Hibachi (Spice): Gerardo was our chef and he was great. We had a blast.
Can’t remember the name - but the guy running pool black jack was a PRO. And also so entertaining and fun to hang with.
We also loved the gal that did the pool volleyball.
If you are looking for a fun getaway where your expectation will be exceeded. This is your place! We are already planning our next trip back.
Great place to have fun and stay safe
My friend and I booked a last minute girls trip and it was great. The staff, the resort, the service.. everything was top-notch! We got to let loose while feeling very, very safe.
Riviera cancun
Overall great trip. Food was great especially Magna breakfast and Spice hibachi. Pool service at club was great. SANTOS kept up with drinks. Lazy river was greeat

Staff was excellent food was delicious Magna breakfast steak and eggs excellent. Spice interactive dining excellent. Magna tomahawk was excellent cooked to perfection.
