Good week at Dreams Sapphire resort and spa!
Overall a lovely week at the dreams sapphire resort and spa with my family. The staff are very tentative and welcoming, the pool area and beach is great although due to time of year and seaweed we didn’t spend much time on the beach. The food options are great however we did have some better experiences than others and when travelling with young children (2 and 7 months old) there was very limited options and at times I felt like asking for children’s options was a bit hard work. The property was suffering with some issues with regards to leaking and broken lights which seemed to be linked to bad rain so a little run down. However overall we did have a good week, atmosphere was great and location was good.
AMAZING
We had the best time here. The staff is incredibly kind. Room service was a little slow but the rain was crazy a couple nights so I don’t think it was their fault. Everyone probably wanted food at the same time. In the World Cafe, Alberto was the first person we met and saw every morning. He was AMAZING, always making us laugh and catering to all my food requests. When he noticed I was struggling with the food and feeling sick he went out of his way to help find me something I could eat. 10/10. We will be back!
Overall Vibe
It was a great trip! Family had a great time even though we were unable to swim in the beach due to it being dirty. There was a slight smell around the resort due to the beach. The food was amazing and the pool side activities were a blast. Alberto at the world buffet was top notch. All the staff was very friendly to the kids and kept them entertained with many activities as well.

The experience was amazing! We had some amazing, talented, hardworking, and accommodating employees help us throughout the entire trip! Some of those names included: Erik & Melissa - Entertainment Team, Gerardo - Concierge, and Eduardo - Bar Service! All and all it was an amazing experience with fabulous people and accommodations!
Best bartender at Dreams Sapphire
Antonio at the swing bar was amazing! He took such good care of us. We were celebrating our daughter’s wedding. He was so friendly and attentive to our needs. Definitely go visit him when you stay there!
