Highly recommend dining at Spice!
The entire experience was wonderful! We at Spice & Luis was our chef. Incredible food and entertainment was superb! Highly recommend!!!
Best Trip Ever
I begin with our arrival where we were greeted and taken to the Preferred Club for check in. We were pleased to find out all of our requests had been scene to. Marcos our favorite bellman took us and luggage to our beautiful room overlooking the sea and adult pool. At the adult pool Melvin the pool concierge went out of his way to make our time at the pool memorable. We were there for our Anniversary and he had our Bali bed all decorated for us. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention his associate Jesus. Pool waitress Angelica made us feel like family. Enough can’t be said of this resort’s wait staff, starting with Jose who made our anniversary dinner so special. The food at Capers was fabulous and the chef made us a special dessert for our anniversary. Mercury probably our favorite restaurant. With that said the two special dinners we attended were outstanding even with the extra cost it was so worth it! Must also mention waitstaff Antonio and Victor. What made everything so special was Chief Concierge Roberto Rodrigues. Can’t tell you how many times he stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed.

New favorite resort in the Riviera Maya!
Fantastic resort! Food and drinks are great! Staff is amazing, very friendly, and helpful! Edwin at the buffet is extremely outgoing, friendly, and attentive! Angel at the pool is incredible-never let us not have a drink in our hand! The service was incredible and we will be back!
Just home from an amazing holiday and already looking to book again
I arrived without much expectation and if there was any issue the hotel go above and beyond to ensure you have a luxury holiday. Some amazing staff from the waiters to the cleaners and the entertainment team. I wish I remembered the initial staff we had in the priveledge breakfast in our first few days as they were so good, and obviously you have to mention the team around the pool each day Dillon, David, Antonio and Saul. You would never know there was refurbishment work going on in the hotel as it was kept to minimal discretion and the staff all go above and beyond I would 100% come back. Even if you have a few service issues the rest of the staff are so good you can’t not rate it 5* Especially the French restaurant for the best steak!!!
Our dinner at spice and breakfast experience
We frequently go to the Dreams and secrets resorts and we have never really enjoyed the Asian restaurants. On my son’s advice, we tried the Spice restaurant Dreams Jade. It is one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at on the resorts. I’ve had sushi before, and it’s never been my cup of tea, but I dipped into my son’s sushi and I liked it so much I ordered one of every order on the menu. Emiliano was our server and he was so gracious and accommodating to our every need. We also had the spring rolls and those were also so tasty that we placed a second order of those too. The orange chicken was better than any orange chicken that I would get back home in Toronto. We will be here at Jade for 7 more nights and I honestly think we’ll be back to Spice 2 or 3 more times. Everything was 5 star.
Regarding the breakfast. We did both, prefer and buffet and always had a great experience. From crepes with Nutella to Mexican tacos or the traditional eggs and bacon options, they had them all. Lourdes, Leo and Juan offered an extraordinary service in the prefer breakfast area.
