Friendly service
This trip has been many for us in Mexico but our first time in this resort. The service was amazing and the people were friendly and accommodating. The ones that stand out the most were Pascual, Ade, Maria, Luna but the most important ones to me were Felipe and Fernando. Fernando is the bartender in the busiest bar in the center of the resort and he always has a smile and a conversation for his customers. This resort we will be returning to again in the near future.

2nd stay. Nice clean resort. Food was a 10/10. Drinks were good and we received excellent service. Resort has both party and chill vibes. Nightly entertainment. Will definitely be back.

Very beautiful and peaceful experience. First time coming to breathless Cancun and it was nothing more than amazing. Thank you for all you guys do. Everyone was so nice and extremely happy with me speaking Spanish (lol) beautiful resort. Great tasting food. I proposed to my now finance’ on this trip something. Priscal was amazing.
Andres, Eric & Lucien Are the Heart of This Resort
Overall, we had a great vacation, and the biggest reason for that was the incredible staff. Andres and Eric from the entertainment team were absolutely phenomenal. They made our family of eight feel welcome from day one, remembered all of our names, and kept us entertained with activities like water aerobics, bracelet making, sip and paint, and guacamole making. By the end of the trip, they truly felt like part of our family. Their energy, kindness, and dedication never went unnoticed—they deserve a hefty raise! We'd come back just to see them again.
A special shoutout also goes to Lucien at the steakhouse. He provided some of the best service we received all week—attentive, personable, and incredibly accommodating. The steakhouse was easily our favorite restaurant thanks to both the excellent food and Lucien's outstanding service.
The nightly shows were another highlight. They were entertaining, well-produced, and scheduled at perfect times so we could enjoy dinner without feeling rushed. We actually enjoyed the entertainment here even more than at another Breathless resort we've visited.
The food overall was a bit inconsistent, with some great meals and others that fell short, but the staff who truly cared about the guest experience made all the difference. Andres, Eric, and Lucien are tremendous assets to this resort and the reason we'll remember our trip so fondly.
