Great 3 star hotel
This is a solid 3 star hotel. The rooms are clean. The air conditioner works. The bathrooms are clean and the showers work. Breakfast is included and is more than adequate. There is an outdoor pool and a gym. There is a tourist desk and they are awesome. I booked 3 days of tours with them

It was great!
It was great! We went there for a couple of days and we had a great time. Everything was clean, everyone was really friendly, and the buffet was amazing. We will definitely go again on our next vacation.
Girls trip
The resort, staff and food were superb, however, management has really let go of the seaweed problem that gathers around the beach. There’s no real beach like photos portray. It would be nice to have a private beach for the price we pay at that resort

Dirty stay at the Wyndham hotel at playa del Carmen
My family and I stayed in April 2026 and it was a horrible experience when I first entered the hotel I could smell mold and the hotel lobby furniture was a bit run down and out dated. The shower curtains where moldy and stunk. When we where about to go to sleep we where shocked to see that the sheets where DIRTY!!! They where discuting full of stains! When I called reception around 10pm she said their was nothing they can do since the cleaning lady was gone. I asked if we can be moved to another room and said no! No accommodations or resolution where offered to us.
