Trampoline experience
Amazing service from the trainer valentina and Betintia who show with out a doubt the best service in making my son feel so comfortable and confident to climb up and do the trampoline without any doubts I will feel very comfortable and confident with the two members of staff in looking after my son amazing Works to the both of them.
Trapeze slaps so hard
Had such an awesome time and learned a bunch! The trapeze team especially was great!

Azael at the bar mexical has made our honeymoon extremly amasing... He always had a smile on his face and really made a difference in our trip. Viva Azteca was our choice for a honeymoon and we have absolutely have no regrets.The grounds are beautiful.The staff is wonderful as well as the food! Thank you Azael!!!!

Azael at the beach bar was always a happy face and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. Viva azteca never disappoints...thank you so much for making our trip wonder
Very Bad Experience
I would not recommend Viva Maya by Wyndham to anyone. Our stay was disappointing from start to finish: Unpleasant Odors & Construction: There is a bad smell throughout the entire hotel. On top of that, the property is currently under construction, which completely ruins the relaxing vacation atmosphere. Aggressive & Deceptive Sales Pitch: During the first few days, we were cornered by staff trying to sell us a membership. The pressure was extremely inappropriate: they forced us to show the logo on our credit card (whether it was Visa or Mastercard) under the pretext of offering a 15% discount on future stays. They even pushed us to justify our financial situation and explain why we didn't want to spend more money with them. To make matters worse, the promised 15% discount was never even delivered, as it came with hidden extra conditions that were never disclosed to us beforehand. Unreliable Wi-Fi: Every night after 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM, the internet connection was completely cut off. A total waste of time and money. We will not be returning to any Viva Maya.
