Fun and relaxed
Enjoyed the time I was there. Staff is attentive and courteous. Luis was helpful and made us feel very welcomed. We will come back.
Excellent Location!
Excellent location right in the heart of 5th Avenue. Also, the hotel stands elevated and you can capture great photos of 5th Ave. While you can buy breakfast, it is not included. There are many food options outside of the hotel.
Pool staff is horrible and rude
I am a Hyatt loyalist. Passport member and credit card holder. I do about 40 nights a year at Hyatt. I have never been to a Hyatt where the staff, specifically the pool staff, was the most rude and unhelpful bunch of people ever. First off, I ordered a double Tito’s and soda. It was $38!!! That’s a $15 drink in Texas. Then I asked for a Mudslide and the bartender told me he won’t make for me. I said you won’t cause you don’t want to or what? He ignored me. Then I saw the ingredients to make one and he ignored me. I put the menu down and left. Just a terrible staff
Woohoo Ernesto.
Staff was wonderful especially tequila tasting with Ernesto. I never thought I’d like tequila. He was informative but fun. I’d advise anyone visiting to go see Ernesto at the bar and do the tasting. Bikes are free to ride which was a great add on. Room was clean and stocked with water and fresh linens. Great earplugs are provided for the noise. Enjoy!
Very loud- perfectly nice otherwise
It is very loud in this hotel. There is a club around 100 feet away and you will hear it if you stay here every single night. Other than that, the staff is very attentive and the rooms are quite nice if maybe a little dated.
