The location, accommodations, food, staff, resort was EXCELLENT! The pools are beautiful with beautiful views. There is direct access to the beach. You can wade in the water but it is not swimmable. Probably due to the area being very rocky and a lot of seaweed this time of year. Kayaks and Jet ski's are available.
Very quiet and peaceful, relaxing. Thank you very much to Yamir, Jesus, Charlie, Rafa, Hector, Ilena Andres, Joshua, Tony Ana, Kixia, Geo, Jare, Karim, Alberto, Enrique, Genesis, Santiago, and Sergio for making it special.
I love Karaoke night, Josh, Hector, and Antonio was amazing. I had so much fun, their hospitality was great💜💜
Very nice amenities, food, drinks and atmosphere. The entertainment staff was very fun. Victor in security went above and beyond to dig a tiny piece of glass out of my foot I got while walking down the beach for a massage. Overall, a great time!
Mixed feelings. Overall the resort itself is nice with Mexican hacienda vibes. There are a lot of pools and restaurants. The staff were very nice. However prices are really ridiculous, the food was not that great and the portions were really small considering the prices except of course if you are in the sea-facing buffet restaurant where you can eat all you can but still the quality of the food was not the best. Thomas Moore Travel Agency on site is also very expensive so we had to book our private transfers from/to the airport and our visit to Tulum via a newly-discovered app called DayTrip which was way cheaper and provided English-speaking drivers. The beach was not swimmable because of heavy sargassum presence. What a waste of our money and time to choose this resort at this time. We just did what we can do to enjoy our stay.
