Amazing Kids’ Club & Stress-Free Vacation
This is the best resort I’ve stayed at because it gave me time to relax while knowing my kids were in great hands. The Kids’ Club staff took excellent care of them for long periods, allowing me to enjoy a truly worry-free vacation. A special thank you to Kitxia and Geo for being so kind and caring. My kids had an amazing time and loved all the activities.

The staff Ana, Kitxia, Geo and Ingrid were very sweet and fun when working with the kids. My daughter and son had a very good time with the piñata making and games. We felt very confortable leaving our kids on the care of these ladies.
One hell of a nice trip at Royal Hacienda.
The royal hacienda was an incredible surprise. The facility was top notch.Everything was clean, well handled and well taken care of. Even while they were doing some maintenance, they did it at night to where it did not affect the stay. The room was great clean updated. Didn't see a single bug inside the room. It was easy access all around the facility. Food was really good, especially on themed nights. The entertainment that was provided a few nights was fun to watch and entertaining. And the pools were unbelievably nice. Pool staff were perfect and attentive. Never needed a drink as they were always there to provide one.
