Anniversary vacations
Our check-in at the hotel was quick, the service was friendly, and we were greeted with a complimentary drink.
The hotel has comfortable, clean, and spacious rooms, the furniture is nice, and the entire hotel is in perfect condition and very well maintained.
It has a Mexican restaurant, but honestly, they don't have a variety of dishes, and it's the same menu every day. That's one of the reasons we didn't have dinner there—we ate lunch there (we ate outside the hotel). The buffet restaurant does have a variety of breakfast options; we found that one and the rooftop to be very good.
The à la carte restaurants don't have a great variety.
The service is really good; they prepared our complimentary wedding anniversary celebration. Everyone is generally very attentive, friendly, and smiles. The most outstanding service was provided by: Daniela at reception; Kelvin and Israel, who were great in their bellhop and valet parking roles; Alejandro on the rooftop, who was great; and Noemí, who took care of resolving a small incident in the buffet restaurant—she's truly great! Thank you all for making our vacation truly special

10/10 pool day in Playa
We can’t say enough great things about our pool day at Reef 28! Freddy was absolutely incredible, the views were amazing, and vibes were top tier. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone booking a trip to Playa and would stay here again if I returned!! Muchas gracias por todo 🤍
