The amazing entertainment team
Had the most incredible time on this trip all thanks to Jose and Jasmin, they were so fun and energetic and always made an effort to make us feel welcome and make sure we had an amazing time, really incredible people to get to know <3
Best holiday ever.
what an amazing experience. Truly 5 star all round. From the location to the rooms to the staff. they all went above and beyond. Jazmin and Jose the entertainment staff were the best. made the holiday so much fun. Will be sad to leave but such amazing memories.
Anniversary get away
Wow this experience was top notch! My husband and I celebrated 31 year anniversary and we were treated like celebrities. The butler service was exceptional including the daily activities and evening entertainment. We will be back next year!
Activities
Jose and Jazmin were so great! We did the mojito class with them! They talked to us and gave us advice about the theatre since we were staying at impression and Sergio was great with the pool activities!
Best Luxury All Inclusive Experience Effort!
This has honestly been one of the best all inclusive resorts that my wife and I have been to. We were there in July celebrating our 10yr anniversary and I can’t express enough how accommodating the entire staff was. From the butlers on the Impression side of the resort, to the foot, to the Activities team and beyond - this has been an unforgettable experience. Jose and Jazmine always made sure that we had an activity to partake in each day, and after just one activity we felt that we’d known them our entire lives. Our burners Mariela and Maria were phenomenal also. There was no request that they said no to. They made sure we were accommodated throughout and constantly checked-in to ensure optimal comfort. I highly recommend this resort and we definitely plan to come back!
