Secrets Impression Moxche

Our stay at Impressions Moxché by Secrets was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful property, incredible pools, food, and most of all the people who made our experience so memorable.

The pools were incredible, but what truly elevated our stay was the exceptional service. The staff were consistently attentive, warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we were enjoying every moment. So many team members went above and beyond that I want to personally recognize them knowing I still may have missed a few others:

Daniel – Cielo Pool Daniel was fantastic attentive, friendly, and always making sure we had everything we needed while enjoying the Cielo Pool.

Fernando – Seaside Restaurant Fernando provided wonderful service and always made our meals feel special. His attentiveness and warm personality really stood out.

Diego – Main Pool Diego was exceptional at the Main Pool. He was incredibly attentive and made sure we were taken care of throughout our time there.

Gregorio – Bartender Gregorio was such a pleasure to see throughout our stay. His service, personality, and attention to detail made every visit enjoyable.

Pedro – Waiter Pedro was another standout. His genuine kindness and attentiveness made a lasting impression on us.

Jose & Jazmin – Activities Leaders, Main Pool Jose and Jazmin brought such great energy to the Main Pool. The water aerobics and spinning classes plus music trivia were engaging, enthusiastic, and made the activities fun without ever being intrusive or pushy.

Yonezawa – Omakase Master Chef Our Omakase experience was truly memorable, and Master Chef Yonezawa deserves special recognition for his talent, attention to detail, cultural infused experience and connection to his guests.

Gloria – Bamboo Gloria was wonderful, friendly, attentive, knew us by name and made us feel special at night for the concerts.

Maili & Zulda – Butlers Our butlers, Maili and Zulda, were exceptional. They were responsive, thoughtful, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. Their attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for and made my husband’s birthday special with champagne, banners, desserts, and helped us celebrate throughout our stay.

Lucia & Jhonatan – Impressions Bartenders Lucia and Jhonatan were fantastic and added so much to our experience at Impressions. Their hospitality, friendliness, cocktails and stories made us feel welcome and a great way to wind down the evenings.

Ana saw us many mornings at Seaside and Cielo. Always smiling and gave us a seat where we preferred based on availability.

All staff greeted us with Bienvenido, Buenos días, tardes, noches and hola.

A luxury resort can have beautiful rooms, incredible pools, and great restaurants, but it’s the people who also make you want to come back. The team at Impressions Moxché truly understands hospitality. We never felt like just another guest they made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for.

We had an unforgettable stay and left already talking about when we could come back. A huge thank you to the entire Impressions Moxché team, and especially to everyone mentioned above, for making our trip so special.

This was my third stay at Impression Moxché, and I honestly don’t know how they do it, but each stay somehow gets better than the last. At this point, coming back to Moxché doesn’t feel like returning to a resort—it feels like coming home.

One of the things that makes Impression so special is the people. From the moment we arrived, I was reminded why I keep coming back.

Micaela went out of her way to make sure I had my favorite butlers again, Zulda and Maili, and I was so happy to see them. They took such amazing care of us all week and made sure everything was just right. My room was beautiful, and Micaela also invited me to a wonderful Cochinita Pibil Master Class on Sunday morning. We learned how to prepare this traditional Yucatecan dish, which is such an important part of the region’s food and culture. It was a wonderful experience and one of those special memories I’ll take home with me.

We also had the opportunity to do the Taco Experience, and Jennifer, the head chef, did an amazing job teaching us about the different types of tacos from the various regions of Mexico. I really enjoyed learning about how tacos differ throughout the country, and Jennifer made the experience both fun and educational. You could tell how passionate she is about Mexican food and sharing its history and traditions with guests.

The pool deck team was incredible as well. Daniel, David, and Christian always made sure we were comfortable and had fresh towels. Daniel deserves a special mention for keeping my sunglasses cleaner than they have ever been! 😂 Alberto and Orlando always made sure we had a cold drink in our hands while we relaxed by the pool. Even Marco, who was never actually our server, was always so friendly and made a point to say hello.

At dinner, Victor at Celio actually remembered me from my last visit. That really says something about the staff here. As always, he gave us wonderful service and made us feel so welcome.

And then there’s “Fast Eddie.” On our very first morning at breakfast, he came right over and gave us a big hug to welcome us back. He always has the biggest smile, and seeing him again was like seeing an old friend. Karime also made sure to stop by and say hello a few times while we were having dinner. These little moments are what make Impression feel so personal.

I had a last-minute issue getting my UVC cash, and Eduardo from UVC worked with me to make it happen. He and Giuliano from UVC were both extremely helpful, responsive, and made what could have been a stressful situation easy.

This visit also gave me the chance to get to know some of the events team, and what a great group they are! Ilse was the first person I met from events, and I also met Uziel, who made sure I had a great seat at one of the evening shows. Honestly, everyone I met from the events team was wonderful and added so much to our stay.

One morning at Seaside, there was a woman who greeted me by name instead of asking for my room number. That small gesture really stuck with me. So many of the staff remembered us from our previous stay, and being recognized and welcomed back made us feel incredibly special.

I could probably write an entire page about everyone who made this trip memorable. 😂 There are simply too many wonderful people to mention.

The resort is beautiful, the food is amazing, the experiences are wonderful—but it’s the people who make Impression Moxché what it is. They remember you. They know your preferences. They genuinely seem happy to see you come back.

After three stays, I can honestly say that Moxché has become our happy place. Every time we leave, we’re already looking forward to coming home again.
