Well what can I say, I emailed months ago and asked about biege food, chicken nuggets, chips ect. I was assured that there is a children's menu on offer. 1st night chips and bread, 2nd night no chips no nuggets and I spoke to the restaurant manager, he was no help whatsoever the food changes everynight. Very disappointed. Completed google translate and the young lady was so helpful, she helped me download an app and we had to order Mcdonalds. We based our holiday around this hotel with what it had to offer. Please please stay away if you have children that are funny around food.

Amazing first trip to Mexico
A big resort but the sandwiched between the sea/beach and jungle it feels a world away from anywhere. Welcoming check in process, we had top floor rooms close together so our party were never far away. Overlooking the trees we had monkeys and coati playing on the balcony and even trying to get in the rooms. Rooms were large, clean and well equipped, and comfortable. The food was great, lots of options and we ate in all 4 of the a la carte ones that were open (a couple were closed for refurb/low season). Food in each was different, fresh and delicious. The beach was stunning but barely anyone on it, most by the pools or waterpark, but usually got a sunbed when wanted. Lots of people trying to sell you souvenirs or massage, but never pushy and great prices. Easy trip to Playa Del Carmen, taxi organised by hotel. You can spend ages walking the grounds, there are mayan ruins, traditional cooking in underground pit, shows, swinging in the cenote, themed nights and parties. All in all an amazing place to stay and would definitely go back. Definitely felt like the rooms at the back, away from the beach and main pool were quieter.

Great resort, family, couples, solos GO HERE. Food is good beach is good. Animator Sebastian OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING. I’ve been coming here since I was 12 years old, will keep coming here!!

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, but what really made our experience special was the exceptional service. Sebastian and Isabelle were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. Their professionalism and friendly attitude truly made our vacation even more enjoyable. Thank you, Sebastian and Isabelle, for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely come back!
