Great position and quiet. Away from all the craziness. .Pity about pillows, water etc.
A really good position on the beach. Walk through the sand to check in but not really a problem as staff will help with bags. We had a double room with a small balcony and great sea view. Beds comfy but lumpy pillows. AC was good but cool at night. Coffee machine but no coffee or cups. No bath mat so wet sandy feet. Excellent breakfast and most staff were great. And cold water in basin was just a trickle. And no free drinking water!!!!
A beautiful way to spend your day!
My favorite beach club in Playa! Every week, i enjoy a book and the beach :-). The best service and good vibes. Charly and Pablo take good care of their guests The chairs are comfortable and the beach , clean of sargasso Looking forward to the new menu!
Day of Dead 2023
Location its good, but the hotel entrance was always flood it so you most remove your shoes to get inside the property. The pictures of the property DO NOT MATCH the reality. really old furniture, TV works very limited. I like the breakfast included with the price. Lobby or just a room at the entrance works until 10pm after that the security. guard take care of you. I cannot said that the hotel is bad but is far from the pictures.

Cockroach infested
Place is infested with cockroaches in the room and outside, found bugs in our bed, no refund policy won't let you see the room before paying. Door wouldn't lock, window broken. Poor quality everything. Room was disgusting. Best to stay away.
Decent stay
Overall our experience is ok but there’s definitely some pros and cons. We are 2 adults and 2 young kids(under 4 years old) and they did not have crib but they did put us in 2 beds so we made it work. The entrance is not really convenient for people who has younger kids because you have to go into the beach to enter the hotel. We had to fold our stroller everytime we go in and out of the hotel. For breakfast that’s free, the morning server told us ‘milk cost extra’ for our kids to drink so I ask about juice so he asked his manager and finally gave the kids juice. Once we tipped him, his service was much better afterwards. The beach in the front of the hotel is super rocky!! Definitely not suitable for swimming which we did not know and you have to walk about 3 mins to the beach where there are no rocks. Nice location and price if you are looking to be in center of the town and beach front. But not so good if you are looking for a beach to swim and have young kids.
