Great family vacation
This hotel is awesome. It has great service, delicious food and good amenities. My kids loved the kid's club and water park!! Definitely coming back.

Great place!
It was a great experience, vacations were not as good, if we wouldn't reserved at Melia! Also a big thank you to Roberto Vado that was our concierge, he help us so much to conplete our experiencie there
An unforgettable honeymoon stay!
We recently stayed at Paradisus Playa del Carmen and had the most wonderful honeymoon stay, largely thanks to the phenomenal staff. From the moment we arrived, our concierge, Pao Colin, went above and beyond. Right from start to our last day at the resort, she consistently checked in on us to make sure we were having a good time. Paola is such a nice, friendly, and lovely person—her genuine warmth truly made us feel at home and well-cared for throughout our entire stay. We also have to give a massive shoutout to the amazing guys at the beach bar. Some of our absolute best memories from the trip were spent enjoying the Balinese bed experience on the beach, and Victor made those moments truly special with his outstanding service and hospitality. Thank you to the entire Paradisus team for turning a great stay into an unforgettable one. We can’t wait to come back!

Ernasto at the Hadar was very great. I hope to come back and have him service my meals. My glass was always full and never needed to ask for anything. He is pleasant.
Raccoon Zoo
The raccoons were everywhere. Sitting 10ft from the pool a raccoon unzipped our backpack and took a box of unopened cereal. Witnessed the staff feed the raccoons from the outdoor kitchen (further encourage the animals to come up to people for food). Had breakfast inside the hotel buffet when a racoon came down from the ceiling to come after our food. Also, walking around at dinner time and saw a racoon inside the adult side buffet. Cannot be sanitary, impossible there isn’t raccoon pee or poop in the indoor buffets.
