A week in Paradisus
We had a week long trip as a family of 5 with young kids (5, 3, 1). The service was fantastic and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our concierge, Eduardo, did a fantastic job to make us feel welcome and all our needs met and I cannot stress enough how he went above and beyond on a number of occasions. We did not take advantage of the cenote excursion trip that was available to us but heard wonderful things from other guests. The spa service was great. The pools were always clean and the waterpark (Aqua Zone) was a blast for the kids. The food was pretty good overall, but particularly great on the adult side (we tried Sal Steakhouse and Lemon Fish, both were outstanding) and reservations were easy to make. In particular I want to give a special shout out to the manager at Sal, Julian. My wife and I were dealing with our sick infant on the night of our reservation and he made some room for my wife and I to attend dinner separately (kiddo didn't want to stay in the kids zone while sick). It was such a thoughtful gesture and glad we made it because the restaurant was definitely one of the best we had that week. Lastly, the kids activities were so fun and a highlight of the trip. Every day they had quite a few events planned and the evening shows were so well put together. A big plus were the World Cup games at the time, which was a blast with a big crowd. Overall, Paradisus has a very warm and welcoming environment with great staff and awesome vibes. We would be glad to come back here again.
Paradesus is wonderfull and sweet
It was a wonderful experience with rio widi Dede and Eddie they were very friendly when I was playing paddle and being helpful and the teen clubs were very fun

My holiday with rio, widi, dede and eddie was wonderful, they were very welcoming and fun through all the experiences we had here such as playing padel and enjoying the teens club definitely one of the best experiences i’ve ever had overseas

The foods here is amazing, kid friendly and everyone very nice. Angel work at the game room Thats my sons favorite.
