Lack of entainment throughout. Lack of communication with regard to things on offer. Incorrect information and a very dull atmosphere all round.

Another Fantastic Experience
This was our sixth trip to LaPerla and it continues to impress. The staff and service are excellent. We had great dining experiences at Sal, Lemonfish, Tokimeku and Sante in the Reserve section. Our concierge Adrian was very helpful with requests. In particular, Henan, Renau, Ariadna, and Yusmara in the Reserve provided outstanding service. The property was clean, spacious and provided plenty of options for activities or just relaxing. We will be back soon.

Amazing Honeymoon
A truly luxurious hotel, gorgeous rooms and everything is immaculate! A variety of eating options, pools, a large private beach area and free room service/mini bar stocked daily. The staff are all extremely friendly and can’t do enough for you. Would recommend the frozen guava margarita in particular. It is also close to Playa Del Carmen and can easily get a taxi for shopping etc.
