Great stay will be back.
Great service and staff . Sushi was amazing. The pool very relaxing and tranquil. The drinks were decent. The tacos were amazing I did not have to really eat out at any restaurant you get a lot of food options here. Some days lunch dinner were Ala carte which were good. Good size shrimp during lunch and dinner.

I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel so much went wrong and so much to say so ima make this brief Juan Bolarnos the manager came in our room the 1st nite and said a guess said they smelled marijuana he check our room and smelled nothing and left why the next morning we was at the pool left something in the room went to get it all to see we was locked out our room mind you we paid $1750 to stay for 4 nites so we went to the desk and Rosario Ortiz the manager said she had to search the room because a guess said they smelled weed so I let her she even went so far to search the bed with a flash lite for crumbs she wasn’t gonna find and she smelled nothing but said I had to pay $250 extra because someone said they smelled it mind you the manager guy came in the nite before and said he smelled nothing so I’m confused as to why she came the next day why is it we had to automatically be profiled as to having weed she is rude and she racially profiled me and my family we was the only black family on the resort at the time she wasn’t pleasant at all also the food was horrible only good place was the Italian restaurant on vacation you wanna drink and enjoy the bar it don’t open to 11am to serve drinks and close at 11pm there is no parting after that because the raccoon family takes over the resort even walked out the room and they was playing freeze tag in the hallway I couldn’t even leave back out my room I would never stay here again and if your young and like to party and enjoy this is not the place for you other than that the rest of the staff was very friendly

The only good thing about the entire place is our room and it’s not even upgraded

Staff is awesome! The rooms are very nice but the food, there is not a lot of variety. The staff tried their best to accommodate you but the food isn’t special.
An amazing stay in paradise!
We spent 3 amazing weeks at this wonderful hotel. We were there 4 years ago and we had the same perfect stay. The room was top with the greatest view. The food was varied and absolutely delicious. The tranquil pool and the main pool area were superb. Most of all, the staff! This hotel has the most friendly and professional people. We can't name them all but we want to name a few.
- Aaron at the entrance, always happy and making small chats everytime he saw us.
- Matias at the entrance as well, with his perfect smile and his very professional, kind and serious attitude. A lovely person!
- Juan from the spa. Thanks to him we booked the best massages and had hydrotherapy as well. A very professional man, helpful and lovely.
- Gustavo who always took care of us for the drinks at the tranquil pool and sushi bar. Always with a wonderful smile.
- Daniel who treated us like royalty at the Ventana and Brasas. The perfect waiter.
- Orlando, always energetic, friendly and with a positive attitude.
- Isidoro, the perfect bartender who took care of us for the 1st week before going for his own holidays. He was amazing.
- Jorge, another very friendly waiter from the restaurants. Always very caring.
- Martin and Luis the two wonderful photographers. Thanks to them we took home a beautiful album which we will cherish forever.
- All other members of staff such as receptionists, coffee place ladies and men and cleaning staff.
And last but not least, a very very special THANK YOU to Miguel who made our stay feel special and unique. He knew in advance what we would like to drink, he was always caring and he always took the time to have a nice conversation with us. The perfect staff member. We definitely recommend this place and if we can, we will be back for a 3rd round! Thank you again, we miss Mexico so much!
