Amazing Resort
Everyone at Palmaia, especially Andres, Esteban, and David, along with all waiters and resort workers were amazing. They made our trip so memorable and a breeze. My daughter said to us, “Mama people are not this nice in the United States.” Everyone should stay at this resort even if you are not vegan. The food is INCREDIBLE!
Palmaïa - house of great vegan food and better service!
My wife and I are vegan and learned of Palmaïa through a fitness personality and decided to make it a must do for our next celebration, our wedding anniversary. Time and time again we were impressed by the food, people, and quality of service. For the food, Charly’s was the best and should be open more! Also, don’t use charcoal so much on your menus - we weren’t fans. People I want to call out are our Nomadic guides Oscar and Kassandra, our drivers Oscar and David, Charly’s server Sergio, our dinner server Jacky, and the whole team that kept our room immaculate!
Best resort period
The best hotel and resort I have stayed at and I have been to many places in the Caribbean. I asked Claude to read latest reviews and suggest a resort which is not busy, people don’t have to line up for a chair by the pool, the food and service are consistent and is just not a typical resort. Palmaia was the suggestion and my husband and I are so happy with this resort. We are not vegan but enjoyed all options, it’s tempting to become vegan though I know outside this resort vegan food are not this good. The massage with Norma and Ruben were phenomenal. If you are looking to relax and recharge, you hate loud music by pools, you care about service and food, you like to see some animals and experience nature, this is the place. We will definitely be back. Thanks to all great people including Esteban, Andrei, our nomadic guides, and Edwardo and Rahul.

I must say everything about the Palamia The House of AiA resort was excellent. I did not explore a whole lot on the sandal side, but the amount of time that I had to Explore this resort and the staff was exactly what I needed.
