Every effort was taken to ensure the original landscape remains untouched to feel the healing authenticity of old-growth trees and naturally occurring, cool-water cenotes. All guests reside in ocean-front suites: some with swim-out access to the infinity pools, others with sweeping views of the sea, and a few nestled among the ocean-side mangroves. The 3 R's didn't disappoint - Rest, Relaxation, & Rejuvenation
This was our 2nd visit to Palmaia, the House of Aia, and it didn't disappoint. The staff, accommodations, and activities are all top-notch. No detail is left unattended, which allowed us to focus on what we were there for: rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation. Our Nomadic guide made sure our schedule was always up to date and communicated and the leaders of yoga, breathwork, & soundbath were fantastic. The spa was incredible! The 1:1 stretching with Angel is always life-changing. We can't wait to be back a third time!

Everything and everyone is absolutely amazing! I truly feel at home and around family when I am at Palmaia! Sure, Palmaia is breathtaking, peaceful, and serine, however, it is the PEOPLE that make Palmaia so extremely special. They do truly make you feel special and welcome! Some of the most special people I know work here. I count it an absolute blessing, to be able to call you, FRIENDS! I cannot remember everyones name, but they know that I appreciate everyone of them! Shout out to: Oscar(nomad), Ocar(driver), all the drivers, Karen, Esteban, Jerica, Allison, Elizabeth, Blaz, Eduardo...especially all the staff at Su Casa in the morning. The Spa team(fantastic)... Te quiero y te extraño mucho ♥️ 🙏
Perfect. Hospitality and Beauty in Mexico at its Finest!
Phenomenal! The most beautiful and tranquil resort, with the warmest staff! This wellness retreat is 5+ star resort and a true standout. The food is incredibly good (I’m usually an omnivore but went vegetarian for the trip), the mocktails are so inspired, the classes are really good (v little “woo woo” and mainly really helpful), facilities perfect. But the most important part is undeniable the staff. They are so kind, open, generous with their attention (but never cloying) — it feel like family here. A special shout out to Luis, Rosita, Danny, Noe. Our nomadic Kassandra was so lovely and responsive to all our needs. And the instructors Aurora especially, and Angel and Roxy and Renee, were outstanding. We are actually planning our next trip now!

The best experience! From the highest-quality food to the beauty of the grounds to the genuine service, it doesn't get any better. We keep coming back and it only gets better. Everything is top-notch and done with care.
Perfect experience in every way
Perfect retreat in every way. Second visit and it was like coming home. My wife and I are also business partners and this escape meant a lot to us. We just love the location and the setting and the facilities and the restaurants. We love riding the bikes to the restaurants. We love that there is plenty of room for everyone on the beach and everyone has prime views and idyllic cabanas. Palmaia is the perfect setting for us to truly let go and unwind. While at Palmaia take the time to get to know the amazing staff as well. Just great people in every part of the operation. Edgar from the in house reservations was super helpful to work with. Paolo at reception was our angel and so friendly. Starting our day at Plantissa with the very friendly smiles from Elis & Joselyn started our day on a high note every day. Thank you so much. All our dinner servers were great but we need to thank Samuel at Mar de Olivo for taking extra time talking with us. Made for the most special experience of our trip. We love Enrique at Eolo. Best happy hour server ever! Danny and Debbie on the beach are very attentive and it felt like getting served by good friends. Sergio and Charlie's just a neat person to talk with.
