Can’t get better than Palafitos!
The best experience! Janet, Pilar and Alberto were so friendly, helpful and made the experience! The bungalows were perfection and the water was so warm! The food was top tier. We will definitely be back
Caribbean Over the Water Paradise
We stayed at the only over the water bungalow in Cancun. This is our third time here at the Palafitos over the water bungalow. It is the best hotel in Cancun. We had great experience each time. Fernando and Aldo were our butler and Alberto was our driver. They were all great. Fernando went above and beyond his duty as a butler in getting what we need or request. The Palafitos restaurant was the best especially with gourmet food. We highly recommend this 5 Stars plus hotel and definitely would come back here again.
P.S. Our friends (3 other couples) came with us for the first time to the Palafitos over the water bungalow and they also loved it.

Fernando, Aldo, and Alberto, our butler and driver, were fantastic! The overwater bungalow is the best; that's the only way to have the best experience! The Water Grill restaurant is magnificent! We will definitely come back!

The best destination to relax and unwind

Service was impeccable, we were there during low season so there were no crowds whatsoever. Palafitos over water bungalows were perfect. The restaurant there was terrific and very helpful when navigating my gf needs. Couldn’t recommend this resort more!
