A babymoon to remember.
This was our second trip to Palafitos. The upgraded bungalow facing out to the ocean is worth it every time. Alberto is always the best and makes us feel like the only people in the resort. Slower time of the year meant some of the restaurants were closed for our entire stay, but we would still absolutely come back.
Great experience
I had the best birthday experience here. I highly recommend this resort. The staff is excellent and extremely attentive. The overwater bungalows are beautiful and spacious. A big thank you to Alberto and Fernanda. They were exceptional.
Had the best time!
First I'd like to say our Butlers Alberto and Aldo where the best! They both anticipated our needs before we asked. The staff throughout the property was pleasant and friendly. The rooms were clean the food was exceptional! I recommend all to come and experience this fabulous location...

Absolutely amazing experience! The service is unlike any resort or hotel I have ever been to. Alberto, Aldo, William, and Enrique were all extremely friendly, funny, and always a pleasure to be around. The food is the best I’ve ever tried in Mexico and the cleanliness is second to none!!
