Amazing stay
The location was amazing. The beaches were beautiful and the service was outstanding. Everyone was pleasant and greeted us with a smile. Our butlers Pilar and Mauricio were AMAZING. The food was that of a five star dining experience. The private beach cabanas were a great touch. The beach butler (I cannot remember his name it started with an A) was extremely helpful and made sure we had drinks and food and shade. I would highly recommend Palafito overwater bungalows to anyone looking for that over the top vacation experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in paradise! The location, rooms and amenities are top notch and every single person is friendly and goes above and beyond to make things enjoyable and comfortable. Anything you could need or want is available and the butlers do an excellent job of anticipating your needs before you even ask. When you do ask for something and they say it’s a pleasure, they really seem to mean it! I can’t say enough great things about this place. From delicious food and drinks, to pristine rooms and facilities, to breathtaking views! There’s plenty of activities to do, but it’s an ideal location for pure rest and relaxation as well. Everyone at Palafitos took such good care of my friends and I. Our concierge, Karla, was so warm and welcoming. She always had a smile on her face! Our butlers, Yasser and William treated us like family. They were extremely helpful and very quick to respond to messages and requests. My friends and I had a candlelight dinner on the beach for my friend’s birthday. The Palafitos team put together such an amazing and memorable experience for us. Ulises took great care of us during our meal, ensuring we had everything we needed at all times. Every detail of our stay was so awesome. Alberto was there to take us wherever we needed at the resort and was great fun to be with. He had great recommendations for us on where to eat and how to utilize our time there. We loved seeing Alberto and everyone else as we were walking around, dining, or enjoying the beach. We felt so welcomed and cared for. This was a once in a lifetime experience and will definitely return in the future!
Palofitos Solamente!
Alberto was so amazing. All of our butlers were so attentive. We had two birthdays on our trip and they were sure to help us celebrate them as well as decorating our rooms for the occasion. Nothing was forgotten and everything was anticipated. I cannot say enough about the staff at palofitos! Our room was amazing with great views and overlooked the ocean. It was extremely clean, and we never had to ask for anything. Ww originally were on the Maroma side, but after seeing the bungalow, the process to upgrade was seamless and well worth the price! The location of our room was in the middle of everything. We could walk but being driven about by our butlers on a golf cart just made us feel like royalty. Also, being able to walk into the ocean from our deck was amazing. The beach had powdery white sand that felt like baby powder. Thank you to William, Yasser, Alberto, Enrique, Patricia, Mirabela, Adan, Josue, Mauricio, Karla, Pilar Angeles, Whilmer, and Ingrid for making our stay so memorable that we are already planning our next trip back and we haven’t even made it back home yet!
Best birthday EVER!
I came to Palafitos for my 50th birthday. The staff exceeded my expectations. They were thr friendliest, most welcoming staff I have ever encountered. The butlers, drivers, concierge were superb. The attentiontodetail was unmatched. Everyone was so fun and made sure we had a wonderful experience. Enrique, Mauricio, Pillar, Karla, Yessir, ALBERTO (yes on purpose) and Ulises made my entire stay magical. You can tell they ALL are genuine. Palafitos is worth EVERY penny and more! Pillar and Ulises made birthday experience top notch! Above and beyond doesn't even describe them. Best sense of humor, everyone's personality was awesome! I will definitely be back!

Amazing customer service, attention to detail, extremely clean, no bugs, beautiful water, incredible rooms, spectacular food, quiet, relaxed, classy, and worth every penny!!! Aldo is the best!!!
