The Ocean Riviera Paradise is a new five-star resort located in Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya. Guests staying in the El Beso Adults Only area can enjoy the rest of the resort's facilities and services: a wide range of dining options with themed restaurants and bars, the Despacio Spa Centre, sports area and diving centre among other services.
Resort area recommended for guests aged 18 and over and with exclusive access for El Beso clients.
Guest are required to make advance reservations for the restaurants Sakura, Steak house and La Locanda.

Ocean Riviera Paradise Review
We took a mid week trip to Playa Del Carmen to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and to also give our kids some much deserved downtime before school starts. The room was awesome, spacious and our fridge was stocked whenever we would run low. Our view was towards our closed pool which also had the kid’s section with slides and other fun water activities. A lot of animals roam the resort mainly raccoons and coatis, a few cats too all friendly just be aware they do run around looking for snacks. Overall the experience was great- the restaurants with reservations were awesome, they were also pretty easy to reserve. The alcohol was great and so was the small cafe they had which was needed!

Great family hotel
We've been home around two weeks now & have got the holiday blues bad. We had a fabulous stay in the privilege building for 2 weeks in a nature view room (3334) it was perfect for watching the wildlife from the jacuzzi in the late afternoon. We had Rosa as our butler & what a wonderful lady she is! She was excellent at replying even on her days off she would check in with us to see if everything was ok & if we needed anything. Our son Archie loved her 💙 We had visited Mexico once before staying at the Hard Rock & we have booked there for next year too. Ocean riviera paradise was considerably cheaper but still provided the same great service. The food was a good standard especially for an all inclusive. The only thing that let's this hotel down is the beach, but that's mother nature 🤷. I'd say this hotel is great for families but if I was a young couple or on a girls holiday this might not have the nightlife your after. I'd 100% stay here again Thank you for a great holiday ✌🏻

Watervolley amazing
We love Ken, we play with him watervolley We had so much fun at the pool He is the best, really funny guy and charismatic, we hope to see him more at the el beso pool

We had so much fun with Ken at the el beso pool only adults experience he make a great atmosphere making everybody have a good time
