Unbelievable resort!!
Absolutely beautiful resort! Wait staff is amazing! Jorge at the lobby bar.....THE BEST!!!! We can't wait to return!!!!

Nine times here
I've been here multiple times and already planning on coming back again, it really is a home away from home. The staff make it what it is, they're all incredible. They are one of the main reasons why I keep coming back.
The food as always was 10/10 even with one less restaraunt choice with it being redone there was never a lack of choice to pick from. You have the people working in them like Bryan, Miguel, David, Angel who make the experience each time, they keep you going back.
The bar staff are all so underrated, they do so much and are so entertaining with it all, it's more than just going to a bar to get a drink, you end up with a friendship out of it all too. Shout-out to Miguel, Rusbel, Eber, Jony, Diego and Victor who's still training to be a full-time bar tender
And the entertainment team, I could talk about how much I adore them for hours and how I look forward to doing the activies each day and as somebody that's pretty shy for me to be excited to do stuff is good, they're amazing at what they do, Moises, Victor, Gustavo Susie and of course Viri. Forever a shoutout to Vierly, he'll always be the best one there even if he wasn't there this time.

An amazing 11 nights in this resort, smaller than what we normally go for but could not fault it… staff where fantastic, knew exactly what we where drinking, we didn’t lift a finger the whole time we where there, met so many lovely people from around the globe, the Mayan meal experience was sensational… really worth the money, beautiful food while learning about the Mayan culture, everyone who visits the resort should definitely book it… The entertainment team where great, special shout out to all of them!!!… and especially Miguel behind the pool bar, he was great!!!… also Lewis in the Japanese restaurant… thank you everyone at ocean maya Royale for making our holiday so special!!!!
