Lush Resort
I spent a week here with my family for a friend’s wedding. This is a beautiful resort with lush grounds, great restaurant options and a large pool. The beach was nice but the large amount of seaweed and non-stop heavy winds put a damper on the experience.
We enjoyed walking around the property and spotting all the wildlife. You really feel like you’re out in nature away from civilization.
I would stay here again for sure.

If you like terrible food and slow service, this is the stay for you!
Pros: Lots of pools Grounds very beautiful Lovely beach Clean, big room
Cons Food was terrible - like a school canteen Slow - check in took one hour, at check out, no one came to collect our bags as promised Tacky entertainment and badly behaved bratty children running around About half the staff we interacted with were clueless and unhelpful
Only stayed one night and we were very glad our stay wasn’t longer - we usually stay in smaller, boutique hotels and felt like branching out and trying something new (don’t do that lol).

Great value for the money in September
cockroaches and filth
We stayed @ Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach for 10 Nights it was a beautiful place resort, expect for one small detail, they have Cockroaches in their rooms and don't clean well. their management blew us off like it was no big deal offered us a room upgrade next time we go, guess what not going to be a next time!!! I have sent countless emails to Mr. Francisco Deelgado a manger @ the resort he's so special he doesn't have to answer customers. I simply asked to be credited a couple nights @ a different Iberostar in the future. we hear crickets with his cockroaches. Please people before you go here think about this resort and the customer service you won't get...
