From check-in to check-out, everything about this stay was perfect.

The staff made the difference. Myriam answered all my questions at check-in and made sure I had a dinner reservation that very night. Every evening after that, she checked in whenever she saw me and was always happy to chat about my day. It’s a small gesture, but it made me feel like a guest rather than a room number.

Salvador felt more like a friend than a staff member, which was exactly what I needed. He said hello every time we crossed paths and even waved when we made eye contact from across the property. He took a genuine interest in me as a person beyond my stay, and he always made sure I had what I needed, even when I hadn’t asked. That kind of warmth can’t be trained, and it’s clearly part of the culture here.

The spa was the highlight of my trip. Jacob made scheduling easy and patiently answered my questions about specific services. Nayely greeted me with a smile every time and made sure I had everything I needed while I was there. My first massage was with Diane, and her skill and talent were so impressive that I requested her again. Every time I walked into the spa I felt myself relax, and I always left feeling completely tranquil.

I didn’t take part in any of the planned activities, but I never felt like I was missing out. The pool, the beach, and the restaurants gave me everything I wanted and more. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down and do as much or as little as you like.

This was the perfect getaway, and I was truly sad to leave on my last day. The service, the atmosphere, and the people made it a stay I’ll remember for a long time. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking to truly unwind, and I hope to return again soon!

Everything in this hotel is very nice. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. The only thing is Tempest, the asian restaurant is not worthy of the Hyatt name. It was dirty and Sushi was terrible. The Italian restaurant however, was great. The buffet is nice and the other restaurants by the pool were okay although the variety of items in the menu could be improved. Since it's an all inclusive and there aren't many places to choose from to eat, this is definitely something to consider.

as a first all-inclusive resort experience, my partner, and I were very happy here. There were very few decisions to make as the concierge took care of almost everything using our preferences. The quality of the food was good. I wouldn’t call it excellent but it was totally satisfactory. I am on a strict gluten-free diet I found the availability of gluten-free items to be average. What impressed me was how well everyone seemed to understand, cross-contamination, and what foods I could, could not safely eat. the rooms were very comfortable and very clean. The atmosphere was very relaxed. There was often loud music near the pool, but it wasnever so disruptive that it was an issue. There was the usual amount of pitching and salesmanship from hotel staff, but they were respectful of wishes. They do host outside vendors on the property at times who were not as honest and respectful of our wishes. overall, this was a great experience, and we will certainly be returning to other world of Hyatt resorts.
