Cozy and clean
Nice cozy and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was generous and good quality. The pool area is quiet and the greenery around is a big plus.
We stayed in #217, no outside noise.
The only con was pillows. No options to choose from.

Our 3rd stay and a bit disappointed.....
We love this hotel, but to be honest we had a couple of hiccups at check in. This is our third, 10 day stay. We booked this 7 months in advance and requested a king bed in a city view, terrace room. When we arrived, we were told no kings were available. Then when we went to pay for our stay, it was $40 US more than our booking total. I showed them their receipt of the total without taxes, plus the total with taxes and the final balance due at check in. They said it's another tax for Quintana Roo. If that is the case, that should be stated on your booking confirmation.
In the past, the breakfast buffet was a pretty good start to the day. This trip, we felt that a lot of the time the food was cold.
Now the positive....the Staff...Fabian, Gabriel, Edwin, Raul and Roman. They work so hard, are kind and one of the biggest reasons we return. Thank you!!
In closing, we most likely will stay here again, we are just hoping they will address our concerns.

Very nice and well-priced
Excellent, clean hotel. Superb breakfast. We filled up every morning and therefore didn’t need lunch. Clean room with large comfortable bed. Difficult to dial in a good temperature in the shower; either scalding hot or cold!
Enjoyed the pool. We were able to get clean towels on demand and could take these towels on trips out. I found the towel policy a bit confusing; on certain days and certain times, new towels were unavailable (at least that was the rule. Each time I talked my way into a towel!!) The food by the pool was good and not a terrible price.
Happy hour cocktails - 2 for the price of 1 as long as they were the same. Late check-out. Would have liked a kettle in the room. Very well-located. Room cleaning was efficient and we had to fix the blind which was done within 5 minutes of calling. Very nice stay
Nice enough hotel
The hotel was nice - large room with a king bed, double vanity sinks, walk in shower with soaps, safe box, buffet style breakfast, drinking water provided. A staff member is available to help book tours in the lobby/reception area. They put a bracelet on you upon arrival so they know you are staying there and for the breakfast in the morning but the bracelet is not easy to take off - I had to break the bracelet to get it off my wife because did not want it on for sleeping. When the cleaning staff tidied our room they moved all of our stuff on the bathroom sinks and nightstands which made us a bit uncomfortable though nothing was missing. The AC is a central system and it is incredibly loud, it was waking us up in the night when it would turn on. The only other thing that made us uncomfortable was other guests changing at the pool area: we saw two guests (both male and female) change at the poolside even though there is a no nudity policy and a bathroom right off the pool deck. It might be a cultural difference but we did not find that appropriate.

Good location but everything is average
Staff was rude upoon check in We were 6 rooms Its my first stay here But for sure the last one
Asking for crédit card as warranty
What i accepeted after long négociations
As its per hotel policy
And they said dont worry we will give the copy at check out
Copy was lost ( or i hope not stolen to be used)
Now quality of the breakfast : very cheap Very simple
Good point : quality of food served around the pool
And the best point : location
I came this hotel 3 times since 2015
I stopped using it after 2019 when our dafe box was stolen
Now i will not recommend this hotel any more
