Sorry but this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in The first thing that hit me was the smell of the old furniture. The ceiling above the bed looked like someone had been killing large bugs, big blood stains. The bathroom taps/shower are all rusty! The shower head sprouted water out above and below the shower door, so much so that I slipped on the puddle of water on the bathroom floor. Very painful. Someone had put sealant around the shower, but it appeared to be over half an inch of grime! The towels were grey. Two positives the bed was large and comfortable and it was close to town. I stayed one night and checked out. It was depressing.
Photos on the website are photoshopped!!! Mouldy pillows, splatters on ceiling, limescale covered on taps and shower head, staff seemed unhappy to work there. During the day there was loud construction and by night very loud music. Out of the hotels control but the hygiene and cleanliness was terrible. A room full of mould. Got breakfast included and it was coffee and toast, had to buy the rest if you wanted it. Overall, poor experience. Don’t rely on the photos!!
Good and safe location close to 5th Ave. Very cheap price. Room was very dirty, mold stains on pillow, bed covers were stained and yellow, ceiling fan covered with dust and blows it everywhere. Few spider webs. Mold and rust in shower. Air Con was good. Nice TV too with Netflix, Disney etc...
There was cigarette buds left on the balcony floor on the first day which we left there out of curiosity and was still there 10 days later when we checked out so I'm not sure exactly what the "cleaners" do every day. You're asked not to flush toilet paper and to throw in the bin instead even though the cleaners dont empty the bathroom bin since they don't clean the bathroom
Rooms not soundproof, you can hear loud music until 2am and then the construction site noises at 8am. I get its a party town but come on a 4 star hotel should be soundproof. "Breakfast Included" is just a cup of black coffee and toast. You have to pay extra for other options which honestly were a decent price and pretty nice food (60-90 pesos pp). I just wish they were more honest about the breakfast as advertised. No safety nets for coconuts directly above sunbeds by pool. Reception were very kind and welcoming. I would have been grateful if that one lady wasn't asleep at the reception desk late at night most nights. Overall, this hotel has potential to be much better but management and maintenance just seem too lazy.
Stay somewhere else! What the hotel advertises is not true there is no designated smoking area, no premium bedding, the pool is filthy we asked over 3 times if they were going to clean it, there are roaches in your room. Horrible!
The hotel definitely has a great location, I guess I was expecting a little more for the price that you pay. Plumbing isn’t the best, says breakfast is included however that literally means toast & coffee ONLY. I don’t like to complain but the rooms could use a deep cleaning before guests arrive. Overall I was disappointed.
