BEST RESORT
Grand Velas is such a beautiful resort. From the food to the rooms. You can tell they really took their time creating this amazing resort. Everyone there is super nice. Will go above and beyond to make your stay feel like at home or even better. Francisco and Nora were our personal concierges. They were there anytime we needed something. They check in on us. Confirmed our reservations and also attached a menu to whatever restaurant we had every night. It’s family friendly. Thank you for such a special time. This is NOT our last time coming here. PS. Their spa is the highest rated in the area. It’s so worth it. Please don’t forget to book your massage followed by the water ceremony. It’s out of this world.

We opted to do the photo session which is free and then you purchase photos only if you want! The easiest way to get incredible photos for a great price. Highly recommend Ana (photographer)! She was incredibly talented, easy to work with and the pictures were unreal. And the appointment to view the pics was a day later and so convenient. Don’t miss out on this gem of an offering at Grand Velas!

We have been to several cancun resorts. this one has to be one of the best Special shout out to Francisco and Nora they took care of us and went above and beyond.Gabriel from Azul took care of all our dietary needs. Lastly, Allen and astrid did everything they could at the teens club to keep us entertained. definetly coming back!

Truly Amazing! Grand Velas lived up to the hype and then some. Beautiful pools, enormous room, fantastic food, excellent service. Paolo and Zuly were an amazing concierge team and took great care of us all week. Our daughters loved the kids club and teen club, so many fun activities to do.
