Grand Riviera Princess

Hotel was beautiful and gardens were well maintained Lots of monkeys and deer walking by daily too Specialty restaurants were fabulous especially the Italian one and we went here several times ( booking required) The pool bars were fabulous and served premium alcohol brands and a big shout out to Alexis who was fantastic x Only issue we had was with a company in the hotel called Royal Holidays We were basically sold a membership package which promised cheaper holidays around the world with this membership It’s our fault as we didn’t research this company beforehand but the salesperson was very convincing and promised us so much that we fell for it We cancelled 2 days later ( we had a 5 day cooling off period ) but by that time they had taken money from our account and we are going through the card company to get it back Even though we had paperwork saying they wouldn’t take any payments they still took them a month later THEY ARE SCAMMERS It’s very disappointing that a nice hotel brand like this are allowing these companies to scam money out of people Even though I loved the hotel I will never use the Princess hotels brand again

To the manger of this hotel. Your staff were all absolutely wonderful. Working in very hot conditions with smiles on their faces. They managed to get me into a ground floor room due to my knee issue. So thank you all for a wonderful stay.

We stayed here only for one week, the hotel is build on the natures grounds so you have all the wonderful animals wondering around freely and beautiful plants and palm trees everywhere you look. Many many pools, bars, the restaurants were all fantastic. I especially loved the Japanese. The cocktails and drinks are made with branded spirits and tasted great. The beach is sooo peaceful and beautiful to sit and take in the views.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s huge!!! So much space for everyone to enjoy.
