Very enjoyable
We had a wonderful stay in room 206, and the excellent service made it special. Everyone was welcoming, polite and always happy to help. Special thanks to Dishan and Simon for the warm welcome and help with our bags, and to Yanis and Sumia at reception for helping with every request. Housekeeping kept our room spotless and well supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was excellent, and Hermes, Nadeem and the whole breakfast team were lovely. The guest relations and pool teams were also friendly and helpful. The people truly made our stay memorable. Thank you to the whole team!

Alan from Serfina is absolutely amazing! He is truly the reason we kept coming back! An amazing human who cares about his customers and really makes the effort to go beyond expectations! He is worth everything and more! Something money can not buy!
The best service I have ever received in a hotel
We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Waldorf Astoria. All of the staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble, from the guys at the front door to the guys down at the beach, Particularly for Shaheen, who via desert gate safari helped us by arranging all of our excursions and Hassan who made all our dinner reservations for us.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Waldorf Astoria, and a huge part of what made our experience so special was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcomed, cared for and safe.
A special thank you to Rahul, May, Yanis and Indira at the front desk, who were always so kind, attentive and helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their warmth really stood out throughout our stay.
The food was amazing, and we would especially like to thank Asif and Rahul for the delicious meals. A huge thank you also to Thettin and especially Shoaib, who made my fresh mint tea for me every day — such a small personal touch, but one that I genuinely looked forward to and really appreciated. Thank you also to Issakki for taking such good care of us with breakfast in our room.
Our spa experience was another highlight. Pratishta was incredibly helpful in fitting us in at the last minute, which we really appreciated, and Rahayu and Gracie who gave us an amazing spa experience and massages. It was so relaxing and exactly what we needed.
A special thank you to Samar at the pool, who checked in on us every day and always made sure we had plenty of cold water and were staying hydrated in the Dubai heat. His attentiveness and care never went unnoticed.
We would also like to give a huge thank you to Simon, who arranged our taxis and always made sure we were safe and looked after when travelling. That extra level of care and reassurance meant so much to us.
And finally, a very special mention to Shah Nawaz, our driver, who made our journeys around Dubai so much fun. He was friendly, welcoming and made travelling around genuinely enjoyable. The journeys themselves became part of our holiday experience, and we really appreciated the laughs and good conversations along the way.
It is the little things and the genuine kindness of people that make a hotel stay memorable, and this team truly made ours special. The service felt personal rather than simply professional, and every interaction added something positive to our experience.
