Amazing time !!
Amazing stay !! loved the poolside service, the tranquil beach and the breakfast buffet. Super spacious rooms, amazing SPA and gym. A little bit far from everything as it takes about 20 mins just to get out of The Palm, but perfect to spend beachside/poolside mornings and spending the afternoon at the city. If you want a more adventure packed time, Atlantis is right next to it.
One of the best on palm jumairah
We had an amazing stay at Waldorf Palm Jumeirah from start to finish. What really made the experience special was the people.
Every morning at breakfast, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The same goes for everyone at the pool—they were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names, but thank you all for making our trip so enjoyable.
A special thank you to Arabinda (I hope I’m spelling your name correctly), the bellman who helped us when it was time to leave. He made sure we had our passports, helped with all of our luggage until the very last step, and checked that we were completely satisfied before we left. They say the last impression is the one you remember most, and he made sure ours was a great one.
Thank you to everyone at the hotel for exceeding our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!

11 unforgettable nights at the most amazing hotel
We have just spent 11 unforgettable nights at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah celebrating our anniversary, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay.
From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel incredibly welcome and truly valued. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, and it was the genuine kindness of the team that made our anniversary so special.
A very special thank you to Borzo, our pool attendant, who greeted us by name every single day with the biggest smile. He always remembered exactly where we liked to sit and made sure everything was ready for us before we even had to ask. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his warmth, attentiveness and friendliness made our days by the pool even more enjoyable.
We would also like to thank Nadeem at the front of the hotel, who consistently went above and beyond for us. We were fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade during our stay, and Nadeem kindly helped us move all of our belongings, making the whole process effortless. He was always on hand to help with anything we needed and did so with such professionalism and kindness.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are outstanding, and every interaction with the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find such consistently high levels of service, and everyone played a part in making our anniversary one we’ll never forget.
Thank you to the entire team at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return!
Total Relaxation
Fabulous hotel with professional but friendly staff in all departments. Beautiful entrance and stunning views from the bedroom and balcony on the 5th floor. The beautiful room and en-suite was extremely clean. During our stay it was very quiet and the price per night in particular being a Hilton Member with breakfast for 2 was so very reasonable - of course low season for Dubai and sadly I fear the conflict in the Middle East has taken its toll on lower occupancy - for us it was fabulous for the staff and others probably way too quiet. Adult pool would be a huge a welcome if hotel busy with children but we had the choice of also using the family pool which was also quiet - beach is very clean and the sea was very warm - a perfect few days for nothing but relaxation - breakfast choice was superb and the Italian and Chinese Restaurant the food was exceptionally good - highly recommend this hotel and will stay again next year and for a longer stay

Fantastic service
Our experience at the Kids Club was fantastic, thanks to the amazing team—Akram, Rachel, and Hanna. They were warm, caring, and incredibly attentive, making our child feel comfortable and excited to join the activities every day. Their energy, patience, and genuine love for what they do really stood out. It gave us peace of mind knowing our child was in such capable and friendly hands. Thank you, Akram, Rachel, and Hanna, for making our family holiday even more memorable. You are truly an asset to the Kids Club!
