I love this hotel. I’ve came back here a few times. It’s been a long time since I’ve been here and I got such a welcoming experience. Thank you too Marina for the very generous hospitality when checking me in made me feel very welcome then I am definitely going to come back. This place is the best place to stay on the palm
Fantastic Stay – Couldn’t Fault a Thing
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at W Dubai – The Palm and I honestly cannot fault the hotel.
The hotel is modern, stylish and extremely comfortable. The rooms are very well thought out, with a great layout, excellent amenities and beautiful toiletries. Everything felt high quality and there were lots of little touches that made the stay feel special.
Before travelling, I was slightly worried that my children might get bored, but I needn’t have been. They absolutely loved the hotel, the grounds and spending time around the pool. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay and always seemed genuinely happy to help with anything we needed.
A special thank you to Yasser, who I believe was part of the concierge team. We had a fairly difficult request during our stay and he managed to locate exactly what we needed incredibly quickly. His help was really appreciated and was a great example of the level of service we experienced throughout the hotel.
We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and were really impressed with both the food and drinks. There was an excellent variety of high-quality food and we never felt limited in our choices. The food served around the pool was also beautiful and the poolside service was fantastic.
Another special mention has to go to Arvin, who went above and beyond for us and really helped make our time around the pool even more enjoyable.
From the rooms and facilities to the food, drinks and service, everything exceeded our expectations. It is rare for me to stay somewhere and genuinely not be able to think of anything negative to say, but that was the case here.
I would go back to W Dubai – The Palm in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend it, including to families travelling with children.
A wonderful stay at W dubai the palm
I’m currently staying at W Dubai – The Palm, and although I still have two more days to enjoy my stay, I already wanted to share my experience because of the exceptional service I’ve received so far.
A very special thank you to Marina at the Front Desk, who has been absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly helpful, kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Her beautiful smile and lovely personality immediately made me feel at home. She went above and beyond by kindly upgrading me from my suite to a much larger suite with a private Jacuzzi, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It truly made my stay even more special. ❤️
And then there is LESIER, the bellman — what a character! He is truly a magician, and I mean that literally! 🪄 He surprised me with a little magic show that had me laughing and completely made my day. His positive energy, sense of humor, and genuine warmth are exactly the kind of personal touches that make a hotel experience memorable.
Luxury is not only about beautiful rooms and stunning facilities; it’s about how you are made to feel, and Marina and LESIER have certainly made me feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
I still have two days left at W Dubai – The Palm, and I’m already looking forward to enjoying the rest of my stay. If the experience continues the way it has started, this will definitely be a stay I’ll remember for a long time.

Great stay
We have just returned from the W and had a wonderful time during our 10 night stay ,I would like to make a special mention to Darius for the way he looked after us daily at the wet deck getting us drinks and food nothing was a trouble for him , the food and drinks are fantastic at this hotel we will be back

Outstanding Service — Marina and Yassir Made Our Stay Exceptional
W Dubai – The Palm was a wonderful experience and a great destination for families and children. The property, atmosphere, and facilities were excellent, but what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by Marina from Egypt at reception and Yassir from Morocco.
Both Marina and Yassir were exceptionally professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They were always available whenever I needed assistance and regularly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. Their attention to detail and personal approach made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest.
What impressed me most was their professionalism, work ethic, initiative, and natural leadership qualities. They did much more than simply perform their duties—they represented the W brand at an extremely high level and created the type of guest experience that makes people want to return.
In my opinion, both Marina and Yassir deserve serious consideration for promotion to a supervisor or leadership position. Employees with their attitude, dedication, and ability to take care of guests are a tremendous asset to any hotel.
