Amazing staycation
Everything was soo amazing! Can’t stop thanking the staff for giving us an unforgettable experience! From check in with beautiful Tamta to check out! Concierge satwinder was very helpful and professional, advised very nice and luxury places to visit , tasty food , nice drinks and great shisha! Will definitely come back to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere and service Beautiful location , loved the pool and the beach

Myself , my wife and our 3 boys have loved our time here. We Spent 2 weeks, half-board , and were not ready to go home.
I think its a good fit for families or adults only. No issues with noise levels , but also a nice adult only pool with its own dj , bar and a nice atmosphere.
Top marks for :
-the food( breakfast, lunch, dinner, 5th floor resteraunts, and also the in-room dining). All were excellent and a variety of choice.
-the service from all the staff, -the cleanliness throughout the full hotel. -the room itself we had was amazing with a great view, and cleaning of the room was exceptional. -the kids club and the ladies working in it, have been great for when the boys needed a slight break from the heat, and they made loads of friends in there too.
The best thing for our experience was being made so welcome here. Unfortunately i didnt get everyones names that helped for this, but Some special mentions for :
Youssef , fatima, and all their colleagues at the breakfast, buffet area. Welcomed us every morning with a smile,positive attitudes , and great service. Which starts each day off well.
Isuru, Prativa, Pratick from the Aether lounge. Where we enjoyed the hotels free flow drinks between 4-7 every day. The team were so friendly, happy, talktative , and made us all feel relaxed , at home and happy each day .
The whole Wetdeck team at the pool area were excellent, serving us throughout the hot days whenever needed for drinks, food and ice cream. Massive shoutout to Brian from this team, who has been a big part of helping us have such a good experience around the pool. He served us almost everyday, constantly on the go but still makes time to chat. he is a great worker but also a great guy to be around. Brings positivity out of you and cannot praise him enough.
Also a big shout to Rashid the lifeguard. Another great guy who came smiling and talking everyday to make us all feel good.
Me and my family would like to thank these people and everyone else for such a great holiday , and we already look forward to coming back💙.

Beautiful hotel
Stayed at the W hotel a number of times it’s a beautiful hotel on the palm Dubai , my room was nice and spacious with beautiful views from the balcony,the hotel lobby is very nice , the pool is very nice and there is direct access to the beach would definitely recommend this hotel will be back soon

The Best Family Holiday Yet!
We are checking out tomorrow after an incredible 14-night stay at W Dubai - The Palm, and it was our first time here. To say we loved it is an understatement. myself, my husband, and our 3 boys had the absolute best time. Every single member of the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well-cared for. A special shoutout to the cleaning and housekeeping team who kept our room spotless and fresh every day and a huge thank you to Rashed the lifeguard at the pool area for being so attentive, professional, and friendly. True 5-star hospitality from top to bottom! The entire vibe, facilities, and energy of the hotel are spot on for families. A massive, special shoutout goes to Brian at the Wet Deck. His service, warmth, and friendly attitude made our days by the pool so memorable, he is a true asset to your team! We are sad to leave tomorrow, but we loved it so much that we will definitely be back again next year. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

We have just checked into W the Palm and cannot thank Lester & Frida enough for the incredible hospitality the minute we walked through the door. After a long flight Lester greeted us at reception with water and hot towels, had our luggage brought to the room within minutes of us arriving and even entertained us with some incredible magic tricks 🪄 We arrived on my birthday and when we arrived in the room we had received an incredible upgrade, birthday cake and balloons and candle lit petal arrangement with a message from my partner. The effort and thoughtfulness will not be forgotten and we cannot thank Lester, Frida and the team for such a lovely start to our holiday. Nothing is too much trouble, all of the staff are super helpful and polite and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and recommend to anyone! Thank you again from 2 very happy guests, Jessica & Rick x
