Locate in plam with sea view and city line view. It is a very big W property. Room is spacious we booked with HB the F&B here is wonderful too . All the luxury hotel in Dubai is amazing and professional! The service is amazing.

Amazing breakfast and wonderful service
I wanted to leave a review, especially about the amazing breakfast and the excellent service from the team taking care of it. We were helped by Aadil and Praveen, and they really made our experience even better.
Praveen makes truly delicious coffees, and Aadil was absolutely wonderful with his service: friendly, attentive, and very professional. They both made us feel very welcome and taken care of.
In addition, we would also like to thank Rashid and Emon for the fantastic service and wonderful experience with the housekeeping. They kept our room extremely clean and even left a beautiful bouquet of flowers for us, which was such a thoughtful surprise.
Everything was taken care of so well, and their service really stood out to us. A big thank you to Rashid and Emon for making our stay even more special.

An Unforgettable 40th Wedding Anniversary Stay at W Dubai – The Palm!
We have just returned from a 9-night half-board stay at the W Dubai The Palm –to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, and we could not have asked for a more magical experience!
The hotel, atmosphere, and above all, the incredible hospitality made this milestone celebration truly unforgettable. We were greeted by the lovely Joyce at reception who ensured we did not have to wait long for our room.
From start to finish, the staff showered us with so much thoughtfulness and care:
The team at the Liv Restaurant surprised us with celebratory balloons, cake and a lovely card, and even gave us another beautiful card on our final day!
Celebrating at SoBe was a highlight—the team surprised us with sparklers and shots, making the night feel so vibrant and special with our friends who also came to join us at our hotel.
On the beach, the staff went above and beyond by surprising us with an amazing anniversary cake and Prosecco!
On our last day, the team around the WET Deck presented us with another beautiful personalized card and fresh fruit.
Having opted for the half-board package for 9 nights, we had the chance to enjoy a variety of dining options across the resort, and the 150AED each per day to dine around was a real bonus.
Our experience at the Liv Restaurant was fantastic, with a wide variety of quality food to suit everyone added with the attentive service of the staff every single day.
We ate lunch at the WET Deck most days with amazing freshly made dishes of tuna and shrimp, where we were able to use the complementary dine around package.
Our nightly ritual was enjoying cocktails at Aether Bar which had a fantastic ambience and expert mixology of cocktails made by Isuru.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to the following staff for making our holiday so memorable.
First of all the all the staff at Liv: Pitta, Nicolas, Hind, Romisha,Palpasa, and the lovely Pritti who had come from St Regis Hotel, who we think is an absolute blessing to the Liv Restaurant.

If you are looking to celebrate a special milestone, W Dubai – The Palm knows how to make you feel like royalty.
The hotel is amazing, beautiful and has such a luxury high quality style that only the W Hotel chain are able to do.
The staff are what makes this hotel stand out from all the other hotels we have ever stayed in and it takes a whole team of people to ensure that every guest is given a high level of service, the W Dubai the Palm does it with abundance.
