I booked a 2-night stay, all-inclusive, as a staycation with my wife and 2 daughters (12 and 7), Before we arrived, I had a couple of emails about our stay to welcome us and ask if there was anything they could do for us or anything that we might need. I told them we are celebrating my wife's birthday.
On the day we arrived check-in was smooth, we arrived early and our room was ready so we were from arrival to poolside within 20 minutes.
When getting ready for our evening meal the bell to our room rang, and a staff member had brought through a cake and card for my wife's birthday.
The second day, I had arranged for a cake to be delivered to the hotel, the staff were very helpful i have to make a special mention CAMILLE VELEZ, who went out of her way to ensure the cake was delivered to the restaurant in time for us. The restaurant Sui Mui in the Westin, which we had in the all-inclusive) team then brought the cake out with the candles lit and sang happy birthday to my wife. I really appreciated it and know my wife did too.
The facilities throughout the W are top standard, the rooms are great, our was on the smaller side for the 4 of us, but we weren't in too long, so it didn't matter. There was also no noise from other rooms. The bath has an amazing view, and a decent shower which we really appreciate.
A proper coffee machine in the room too.
Around the hotel we didn't realise as we booked we could use the other hotels in the resort so our girls loved the water park (Jungle Bay) . It's small but great and safe for the kids to have fun whilst we get to relax by the pool..
The pools are good to with lots of loungers so no need to worry if you'll get one. There is also a part for lane swimming for those that like that.
The the food we had at breakfast, lunch and dinner was all really good. If I was being finicky, the service in the pizzeria was slow, which, with tired kids, made it a struggle but the food was great and the staff were really polite and helpful. We got a takeaway box for our dessert pizza.
We had plenty of drinks, loved the Whiskey sour, especially at the adult-only pool (they did vary a little in how they came from the different bars). Also, the pink fizz went down particularly well. Our daughters were enjoying the Shirley Temples.
The adult-only pool on the 2nd floor is nice and peaceful too, highly recommend it.
The all-inclusive is spot on, the choice of food and drinks on there is vast. The al la carte while on the all-inclusive felt even better.
We will stay again, as we all left there feeling very happy from start to finish.

W Mina Seyahi Made Our Son's First Birthday Magical ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We stayed for a weekend stay to celebrate our son's first birthday, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable family experiences we have had.
From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. A special thank you to Ashod, Director of W Insider, who remained our point of contact throughout the stay and ensured every detail was taken care of. We were upgraded to a stunning room with one of the best views in the hotel. The room was beautifully designed in true W style, spacious, and perfect for our little one, who was delighted to have so much space to crawl around and absolutely loved the bathtub.
As first-time parents on a staycation with our baby, we were touched by the thoughtfulness of the housekeeping team. When we requested a baby crib, they also provided baby-friendly bath amenities including a toothbrush, soap, shampoo, and lotion. Noticing we had several pairs of footwear, they even placed a shoe stand in the room and organized everything neatly. In the evening, they surprised us with delicious dates presented in a beautiful box along with a personalized card.
The highlight of our stay was the beautiful birthday setup arranged by the Insider team. They organized a special beachside table complete with flowers, a cake, and a framed photograph of our son. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration truly unforgettable.
Our son had the best time experiencing the beach for the first time and splashing around in the baby pool. Another huge advantage is that guests can access the facilities at Le Méridien and The Westin, making it easy to explore multiple pools and areas within the same complex.
Attiko was another standout experience. The ambiance, views, and cocktails were exceptional and made for a perfect evening.
A heartfelt thank you to Olesia for making our son's first birthday so special and to Ashod for executing everything so flawlessly. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return.

I had a great stay at the W Dubai. A special thank you to Munna from the housekeeping team for his excellent service. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and always made sure everything was taken care of. His service definitely made the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly appreciated!
