Wonderful hotel with fabulous staff .
A beautiful hotel in a great location, very clean with excellent food options . The service was fabulous, nothing was too much trouble and the staff anticipated our every need before we even knew we wanted it! 🥰. We ate at a variety of the restaurants and would recommend them all. We particularly like Baba steak Restaurant. The Mediterranean restaurant feels like walking into Mykonos . What was remarkable about Ginger Moon Restaurant where we went for breakfast the staff remembered us and remembered what it was. We like to eat and and even remembered our names so we always felt welcomed. We stayed in room 2804. ( fantastic views and a lovely room )I can’t remember the Man‘s name who cleaned our room but it was always immaculate and his attention to detail was second to none. I’d like to give a shout out to Collins the man who brought our drinks and sorted the towels out for us round the pool, happy pleasant and went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed. Umar helped us with getting taxis . The Bar staff at the lobby, Bar or else so fantastic and I remember our drinks. I would also like to give a big shout out to TrishaMarie who else make us stay extra special since it was our daughters 40th birthday and she was surprised with an engagement to her fiance while she was there. We were travelling with a baby and again they went out of their way to make sure that everything we needed was available. I should also mention if you travelling with children, there is a water park on site free of charge That is really good fun. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, there isn’t anything I could find fault with. It was superb so thank you to everybody particularly the people I’ve forgotten to mention, and the people behind the scenes that worked so hard to ensure that you have a fabulous time.

Truly amazing
It was our first time in Dubai and my wife and I were visiting her son who has just moved there. We stayed at the W Dubai for the first 3 days of our visit and after staying with my stepson in his apartment we returned to the W for our last 3 days before we flew home. It was probably one of the best and most relaxing stays we have had anywhere and that's why we returned. For the six nights we were there in total we were made to feel so special, ALL of the staff were so amazing, kind and warm and nothing was too much trouble from the time we arrived until when we left on the Thursday. Being half board we had the option to dine at the other restaurant in the 2 adjoining hotels but the service and food atThe Ginger Moon was so exceptional we ate there throughout our stay at the hotel. We would highly recommend the W Dubai and we will be returning at some point.

Lovely stay at the W!
Such a beautiful stay at the W Mina Seyahi! So much to do and beautiful views across Dubai! We have extended our stay! All the staff are wonderful particular mention to Michael in Style Department who looks after our room!

We stayed at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi for over three weeks and would especially like to recognize Mozammel. He cleaned our room perfectly every single day and always put a lot of effort into his work. He often went above and beyond what you would normally expect and always made sure that everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable.
Mozammel was always friendly, reliable, attentive, and very professional. You can immediately see that he takes great pride in his work and pays attention to every detail. We were extremely satisfied with him throughout our entire stay.
A huge thank you to Mozammel – truly first-class service and absolutely deserving of 5 stars!

Beautiful and large rooms, fantastic service, very proffesionals, they think about everything ! Everything was 200% and our room stylist mozammel was great, the room was clean, he take care for everything we need with smile and great atitude
