Positive Experience The Westin
I would highly recommend The Westin for a family vacation. The hotel was very clean, the facilities were excellent for my three children and all staff were friendly and helpful. In particular Simon, George and Vipin of the Pool Bar Team who were extremely friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend and would return.
A Perfect Family Vacation – Outstanding Service and Hospitality
We had an amazing 7-night stay at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina as a family of six, including two grandparents, two adults, and two children. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Family Suite, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were very quiet.
The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. A special thank you goes to Vishal at Mina’s Kitchen, who provided exceptional service every day. He was always attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome.
Housekeeping was also excellent. Our suite was cleaned twice a day, and fresh towels were always provided. We would especially like to thank Mohammed Sagor, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly outstanding. He made sure everything was perfect, and we never missed a thing during our stay.
The entire resort is beautifully designed, very spacious, and has so much to offer. There are plenty of activities and facilities for both adults and children. Our kids had an absolute blast throughout the whole vacation and never ran out of things to do.
Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic atmosphere for families, with excellent facilities, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality. We had a truly memorable vacation and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. We will definitely be back!

Sunrise to sunset pool vibes
Had an amazing stay at the W Hotel for 8 nights. Special shout out to Mehesh,Safiq,joet providing pool side service of drinks, food and always available , nothing was a problem with these guys , very attentive and forward thinking . A pleasure to see them every day with always a warm welcome and a smile , first class customer service .
