Amazing Holiday
We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday at the Westin, and overall, it was a truly memorable stay.
A special mention must go to the amazing Sand Bar waiters, Ralp, Safiq, Rakesh and Ajay. We were never without a cold, refreshing drink, and their friendly, attentive service really helped make our holiday so enjoyable. Thank you so much, the Westin would not be the same without you.
We also really appreciated the Conservatory being included in the all-inclusive package. The service was excellent, and the coffees were fantastic. It was lovely to have somewhere for pre-dinner drinks, although we did feel it could stay open later, as last orders at 9:45pm felt too early. Guests would really benefit from somewhere to go for drinks after dinner.
The food and service across all the lunch and dinner restaurants were excellent. The team at Fish were fantastic, especially Nishanth and Abhishek, and we loved the Bangkok night at Sui Mui. The only area we felt could be improved was the buffet at Mina’s, which seemed quite basic compared with other Dubai buffets. It would be great to see more variety and perhaps the return of the theme nights. The buffet food was tasy though and all clean.
Our room was always cleaned to perfection by Kanha, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
My only other suggestion would be to introduce some evening entertainment, as this felt like something that was missing. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and we had a very memorable holiday.

We have visited the Westin for the last decade. Such a fantastic hotel, The staff are incredible and their professionalism and warmth truly elevates the experience. Restaurants are amazing. Congratulations to all the staff for maintaining such high standards.
