Nolans family holiday
This resort is exceptional from the minute we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful as we arrived quite late with young family members. Check in was seamless with great help from the concerige desk whisking our luggage to our rooms. The facilities around the resort are excellent with help at hand at every turn. From help with towels for the pool to the waiters at pools side giving service second to none. The dining was was so good with diffrent themed venues through out the resort with cusine that was so tasty. Overall our experience was so good we will be booki g again for next year.

Pool bar
Exceptional service at the pool bar by Nhaymar, Raman and Monesh. Everyday they looked after us and nothing was too much trouble they definitely made our stay.
Pre relocation stay
This hotel is a joy to stay at!! We stayed here for a few days before relocation abroad. Always reliable to provide a top class yet relaxed stay. Excellent customer service and nothing is too much trouble. A great buffet breakfast at Minas kitchen. Rosie always looked after us in the lounge with a happy smile and wanting to make sure we had lots of drinks. Chef Bhuddi was so helpful organising gluten free food for our celiac daughter and his presentation of the gluten free cake caused much merriment! Noman cleaned our rooms and was kind and considerate of our needs. Such a great end to our 4 year stay in Dubai. Thank you to all
