World-class facilities and outstanding staff
We had a fantastic stay at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi. The facilities are world class, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
We'd like to give special mention to two members of staff. Arun Venu's service at the pool was exemplary. He welcomed us every morning and made sure all our needs were looked after throughout the day. Damaciano Fernandes was also outstanding. He had towels ready for us every morning and helped us set up our sunbeds.
Both of them went above and beyond during our stay and are a real asset to the Westin. Thank you to them and the whole team. We can't wait to come back.

Loud noise from internal renovations
Woken up at 9!am by loud drilling . Rsng down to reception said they would look into it and advise duty manager . Rang back an hour later as still drilling. This is our last night. I was told by duty Magee it was internal renovations on floor 5 and nothing they could do sbout it .. did offer me earplugs. This was my last morning before a 10 hour flight. A dussgrace really. I will never stay in this hotel again

Perfect holiday!
We had an amazing experience at The Westin Dubai! A special shout-out to Ajay, the waiter at the pool bar, who truly made our holiday unforgettable. Always cheerful, full of great stories and helpful tips. His positive energy and outstanding service made every visit a pleasure.

I have absolutely loved my stay at this hotel the entire service team makes you feel welcomed and Ive adopted them all as family. A special shout out to Chamara. Milo, Simram, Mosaraf, Nadeesha, Rose and Edwin. As well as the entire food staff. You couldnt ask for a better team these guys are AMAZING and that's putting the term lightly. When you think professional, friendly, executive service these folk leave nothing to be desired. I can't say it enough you will not regret a stay at this hotel. Let these fine folk show you the absolute best service and time as they have shown me. Thank you so much guys!!!
