Another fantastic stay. Excellent rooms and views, great staff who are always happy to help and great amenities. Breakfasts are fabulous as always and the evening buffet is exceptional value. Can't recommend enough.

My sincere thanks to the management and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. Special thanks to Mr. Moin, Shazib and Mr. Hassan at Reception, Duty Manager Mr. Haitham Al Masri, the French Duty Manager, and the Duty Manager from Nepal. Every one of them made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued.
One of the finest hotels in Dubai — beautiful views, excellent value, and above all, an exceptional team. The staff are truly among the most respectful, elegant, and professional people I have encountered in Dubai.

not too shre much detail but the stay was quite sad, expected something that was promised but nothing
Had a pleasant and comfortable experience
We stayed with my Family for 2 nights with 2 rooms, celebrating my daughter's 8th birthday. The rooms are so spacious, clean and cozy. The location also is perfect within downtown area with Burj Khalifa view. Value for money is worth it. We love the quite atmosphere in the hotel with the spacious lobby in between.
My daughter is so happy as we enter our room with a birthday surprise (a chocolate cake, birthday note and a very big cake made out of towel. :) The swimming pool they love it so much plus they enjoyed the kids lounge.
The staff were friendly and accommodating especially to Ritchel from guest relations and Andrei from Bell Team. We'll definitely come back.
