Our stay was exceptional. The room was very spacious and overlooking burj khalifa. Id like to thank vanessa from receptIon for giving an early check in. It really made a huge difference for us, since we arrived from travel. Sai from the bell team. Special thank to pranay from hk for being so prompt and efficient for all our requests. Even following up with engineering. Everyone was amazing and the service was excellent. We will definitely be coming back again.
