Appreciated the hospitality
We had a very good experience during our 4-night stay. It was an amazing vacation.
A special thank you to Ms. Smarika from the Front Office. She kindly provided us with a top-floor room with a beautiful view. She was very polite, professional, and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Everything else was excellent, especially the breakfast, which we really enjoyed.
The only issue we experienced was with the room air conditioner. We informed the team several times, and although they came and checked it, the room was still not cooling properly.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality. We look forward to visiting again.
