We felt incredibly comfortable at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. From the wonderful apartment to the excellent restaurants and warm hospitality, everything was perfect for us. The entire team is exceptionally friendly, attentive and accommodating.
A very special thank you goes to the manager, Lasanthan. He takes care of his guests with such warmth and dedication, making sure they have everything they need. His friendly manner and commitment made our stay truly special.
It was a holiday where we could fully relax and enjoy every moment. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would love to return!

Romantic Evening at Moana in Sofitel The Palm
Moana at Sofitel The Palm is truly a gem in so many ways, a breathtaking property with various dining options encompassing various cuisines from around the world. We enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience from start to finish, very attentive & courteous team led by Mr. Kunal - Kudos! The ambience was quiet & family friendly which we really adored.
Huge shoutout to the culinary team for their creativity serving uniquely curated sushi as an amuse-bouche before our sushi platter arrived accompanied with a highly recommended Hugo Spritz for the non-alcoholic drinkers.
We are excited to dine again at Sofitel The Palm and try out all their dining options upon our next return.

Wonderful spa experience
Fantastic spa day …..fantastic facilities…..with a lovely outdoor pool especially for spa visitors. The massages were wonderful. Was my mother’s birthday and they made the day extra special with decorations and a delicious cake. All the staff were incredibly attentive. Excellent service.
