Had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach! The location is excellent, with everything conveniently nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view. A special thank you to Sukesh from Housekeeping for his excellent service and attention to detail, and to Francesca from Reception for being so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again! 🌟

We recently enjoyed a 7-night stay in late September 2026, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
Having stayed at several hotels in Dubai and around JBR over the years, I can honestly say this was one of the finest hotel experiences we have had.
We were a group of 11 travelling together, and the level of service we received was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional and incredibly attentive. They helped us with all our luggage, escorted us to our rooms and made sure everything was perfect from the outset.
⭐ Exceptional Service & Outstanding Staff
What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every member of staff we encountered was exceptional. The concierge team were welcoming, efficient and extremely helpful, while the pool team were attentive without ever being intrusive.
The restaurant and waiting staff were equally impressive. Everyone was friendly, approachable and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. We were always greeted warmly whenever we came in or out of the hotel, which created a wonderful atmosphere throughout our stay.
A huge thank you to the entire team — you genuinely made us feel valued as guests.
🍳 Fantastic Breakfast
The breakfast deserves a special mention. The selection was exceptional, with an impressive variety of dishes catering for all tastes.
Whether you wanted freshly prepared omelettes, fried eggs, hot breakfast options, pastries, fresh food or something lighter, there was an outstanding choice available.
The chefs and breakfast team were fantastic, and the quality, variety and service made breakfast something we genuinely looked forward to every morning.
🏊 Excellent Pool & Facilities
The pool area was another highlight of our stay. It was a great place to relax, and the pool staff were consistently attentive, friendly and professional.
The overall standard of the hotel’s facilities was excellent, and everything was maintained to a very high standard.
🌊 Beautiful Room & Sea View
Our room was excellent, spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with a fantastic view of the sea.
Housekeeping did a superb job. Our room was cleaned every day to an extremely high standard, and everything was always spotless and well presented when we returned.
📍 Perfect JBR Location
The hotel’s location is absolutely fantastic. Being so close to JBR Walk and Jumeirah Beach makes it incredibly convenient for restaurants, shopping, entertainment and sightseeing.
Having a Carrefour supermarket nearby was also extremely convenient for picking up essentials during our stay.
❤️ Perfect for Groups & Families
Travelling as a group of 11 can sometimes make a hotel stay complicated, but the team handled everything brilliantly. They were accommodating, organised and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay.
From arrival and luggage assistance to breakfast, the pool, housekeeping and everything in between, the service was consistently excellent.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended
Overall, this was a truly exceptional stay.
Excellent rooms, beautiful views, outstanding breakfast, fantastic facilities, a superb location and, above all, exceptional staff who genuinely care about their guests.
I have stayed at many hotels in Dubai and JBR, but this hotel has certainly set a new standard for us. It was a fantastic experience for our entire group, and we couldn’t have asked for more.
A huge thank you to the entire hotel team for making our 7-night stay so memorable.
We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I will definitely be looking to stay here again on my next visit.
