We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sofitel JBR! From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after.
A special thank you to Head Chef Sumit, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. His warmth, attention to detail, and delicious food truly added a personal touch to our stay.
We would also like to sincerely appreciate Zaw from the housekeeping team. His dedication, friendly attitude, and thoughtful care kept our room spotless and made us feel incredibly comfortable throughout our visit.
It’s employees like Chef Sumit and Zaw who turn a great hotel stay into a memorable one. Thank you to the entire Sofitel JBR team for your outstanding hospitality. We can’t wait to return!
Room stay
Brilliant stay, Madhu did a great job with the cleaning and was very friendly and welcoming. He accommodated for any specific requests such as coffee and made sure room was nice and tidy always. Will come back! Very close to the beach and accessible to the city centre
