Отдыхали с мамой в мае 2026 года в Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort. Наше пребывание в отеле оставило самые приятные впечатления благодаря высокому уровню сервиса и внимательному отношению персонала.
Спасибо за гостеприимство и возможность провести отдых в одном из лучших отелей Дубая! Отдельная благодарность менеджеру ресепшен Гульмире 😊 Очень отзывчивый, доброжелательный и профессиональный человек, благодаря которому заселение и весь отдых стали еще комфортнее.
Также хочется поблагодарить сотрудников ресторана. Уже через несколько дней на завтраках они запомнили наши предпочтения, всегда были приветливы и создавали прекрасную атмосферу. Отдельное спасибо службе клининга. Номер всегда был идеально чистым.
И, конечно, невозможно не отметить завтраки! Десерты были просто невероятно вкусными, а поварам отдельное спасибо за свежую и вкусную яичницу каждое утро 😁
С удовольствием вернемся сюда снова!
My mother and I stayed at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort in May 2026, and we had a wonderful experience. Our stay was truly memorable thanks to the outstanding service and the genuine care shown by the entire team.
Thank you for your warm hospitality and for making our vacation at one of Dubai’s best hotels so special! We would especially like to thank Gulmira, the Front Office Manager 😊 She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Her exceptional service made both our check-in and our entire stay even more enjoyable.
We would also like to thank the restaurant staff. After just a few days, they already remembered our breakfast preferences, were always friendly, and created such a pleasant atmosphere every morning. Special thanks as well to the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless throughout our stay.
And of course, we can’t forget the breakfasts! The desserts were absolutely delicious, and a big thank you to the chefs for preparing fresh and tasty omelets for us every morning 😁
We truly enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to come back again!

This was one of the best stays we’ve had in dubai From the reservation process until check-out, everything went smoothly I especially want to thank the reservation team for helping us before our arrival. During our stay, Hussein, Nadia, Aron, Maximillia, Philipp and Sharukh were all incredibly friendly and professional. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome I have worked in the hotel industry in Turkey and have stayed in many hotels in both Turkey and Dubai, so I usually pay attention to service quality. Sheraton Jumeirah was one of the hotels that impressed me the most because every team member genuinely cared about the guests As a Marriott Bonvoy member I m also appreciated being recognized during my stay Thank you to everyone who made our holiday special. We will definitely return to Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai

Great hotel and location
Went with my son for a 1 week trip. The room was large with 2 large single beds (probably 4ft wide). The ensuite had a glass wall but you couldn't see anything through it.
Water bottles weres provided every day with tea and coffee. You could have instant coffee via a kettle or pods from a machine.
The rooms were kept very clean and tidy by the staff.
The breakfast was amazing. They seemed to have everything and it was high quality.
The pool was great. I think they cooled it to 26 to 28C. Never had a problem getting a sunbed.
The private beach had free sun longers and parasols. The sand was too hot to walk on, and the sea was probably 33C so it didn't help much to aid cooling down. There were boats and jetskis to hire nearby.
The location was great. Easy access to loads of restaurants and entertainment venues (like Bla Bla). Burger King, KFC and McDonalds were within a short walk. They were also cheap compared to the UK.
We hired a car for 3 days and could park for outside the hotel for free.
The staff were great, receptive and helpful. The gym was pretty high quality and there were shops and bars on site too.
It was a super, clean and convenient hotel. Highly recommended.

Brilliant brunch with live entertainment
Visited with friends for a birthday treat. The brunch was fabulous, great choice of food and drink for everyone including vegetarians, there was a vast variety. The food was good quality and served hot/cold as appropriate. The live singer was really entertaining and had people up dancing and we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon.

The Most Wonderful Holiday for Me and My Son
Our stay at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort was honestly one of the most beautiful family holidays we’ve ever had.
The biggest highlight for us was definitely the Sandy Toes Kids Club and the amazing team there – MJ, Chathu, and Wai. From the very first day they were just so warm, kind and lovely with my little boy. He is 4 years old and I’ve never seen him so happy to go somewhere every single day on his own request. He absolutely adored them and that alone made my holiday so special as a mom.
Every day they were doing something new and creative with the kids – painting, crafting, little games and fun activities. My son was coming back all proud and excited every day with his beautiful handmade things he made there. It was never boring, always different, always fun, and you could really feel they put love into it.
Also a big shoutout to the super fun animation team member who was doing aqua aerobics and all the pool activities – he really brought such a good vibe every day, both for kids and adults. So much energy and smiles everywhere!
I also want to say thank you to all the lifeguards around the pool – they were always so attentive, professional and calm, and it really made me feel safe and relaxed the whole time.
And of course the Azure Pool Bar team – honestly just so lovely, always smiling, always kind, and making everything feel easy and relaxed while we were by the pool.
The food was great and everyone in the hotel was just genuinely nice and welcoming. It all felt very easy, happy and comfortable from start to finish.
This holiday really meant a lot to me and my son – full of joy, laughter and beautiful memories.
We will 100% come back and we’re already looking forward to seeing you all again 💛
