AMAZING
The most amazing staff. Rupa, Ramsay, Recep and Mosa were so accommodating and lovely. They went above and beyond
Pool service
We had a fantastic experience by the pool, made even better by the outstanding service from the pool waiter Ruzaik. He was always friendly, welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without ever having to ask.
Nothing was too much trouble, and he always greeted us with a smile. His excellent customer service really made our holiday that little bit more special. A real credit to the hotel – thank you for looking after us so well!

Kids Club
Kids club is excellent, the people working there are lovely and skilled
Wonderful stay in mid summer and uncertainty in the region but you would never have known!
Wonderful stay, beds bigger than any I have ever seen. Staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Some stand out staff, were Vamsi at Toro Loco where we all (including 2 children) had the best steaks.
