Amazing resort with five star staff and facilities ⭐
As we leave tonight, we want to say what an incredible experience we've had at Rixos. From the moment we arrived until the day of our departure, everything exceeded our expectations.
The staff have been exceptional throughout our stay—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special mention goes to the Guest Relations team, who checked in with us every day to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. Their genuine care and attention to detail made us feel truly valued, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.
The hotel facilities are outstanding, and our room was incredibly spacious and luxurious. It featured two separate bedrooms, three WCs, and two full bathrooms, providing more than enough space and comfort for our family.
The complimentary tickets to Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark, along with the convenient shuttle service, were a fantastic added bonus and made our holiday even more enjoyable.
Overall, this hotel delivers a true five-star experience in every aspect, from the outstanding service to the excellent facilities. We highly recommend Rixos to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay, and we will definitely be returning in the future.
