A Magical One-Night Escape
I stayed at One&Only The Palm for one night, and it was truly magical.
The staff were exceptionally excellent — helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the stay. What struck me most was the quietness and peacefulness of the property; it felt like a world away from the city.
Location: The hotel sits at the very edge of the Palm, which makes it a bit farther out than other properties on the island. It didn’t bother us at all — if anything, the extra distance added to the sense of seclusion and privacy.
Rooms: Our room was extremely spacious and comfortable, with a lovely, relaxing feel throughout. The only downside was the service response time — it took a while to get requested items, which felt a little out of step with the overall luxury experience.
I actually loved the pools even more than the beach, and the adult-only pool was a real highlight — perfectly calm and relaxing.
Cleanliness: The property was immaculately kept, with every corner of the resort feeling well-maintained and pristine.
Value: It’s on the pricier side, as expected for a resort of this caliber, but the setting, privacy, and overall experience make it a worthwhile splurge for a special one-night escape.
If you’re looking to escape the noise of everyday life, even just for a day, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Amazing hospitality - even if we were not guests!
A heartfelt thank you to the staff at One&Only The Palm in Dubai.
After running about 11 km along the Boardwalk, my wife and I stopped at the hotel entrance. We weren’t guests and only needed somewhere cool to escape the heat for a few minutes and request an Uber.
We expected that we might be turned away fiven that all properties in The Palm are private, but when I started to explain our situation, the security officer smiled and said, “This is your house.” He then directed us to reception.
Still in our sweaty running clothes, we were warmly welcomed by the reception entrance doorman, who offered us cold bottles of water while we waited for the Uber in the air-conditioned entrance.
We were struck by such kindness, especially since we weren’t guests or spending anything at the hotel. If this is how One&Only treats two tired runners seeking shade, I can only imagine the experience for its guests! We’ll definitely consider staying here next time we’re in Dubai.
To the hotel: This happened on September 3rd at around 8:30 AM. We didn’t get the names of the security officer or doorman, but please pass along our heartfelt thanks. They may remember the two sweaty and tired runners who stopped by that morning!

The Luxury Is in the Service
We had the opportunity to stay at One&Only The Palm with our family for a little celebration of friendship and a birthday, and from the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the beauty and tranquillity of this incredible resort.
But what truly stood out to us was that the real luxury was the service.
A special thank you to Arshid for making our check-in so warm and seamless, Joana at Zest for her wonderful service during breakfast, and Brendan for personally escorting us to our room and making us feel so welcome.
A very special mention to Grace from Guest Services. Our little son absolutely loved her! The little moments of magic and genuine care she shared with him made our stay even more memorable. Those are the moments families remember.
Mustakim from Housekeeping was also fantastic, ensuring everything was always perfect, while Marinelle stood out for her incredibly warm and welcoming personality and her genuine interest in making sure we were enjoying our stay.
Beyond these wonderful individuals, the service throughout the resort at the pool, gym, breakfast and everywhere we went was consistently warm, attentive and exceptional.
We have stayed at many beautiful properties, but One&Only The Palm is without a doubt the best resort experience we have ever had. The surroundings are stunning, but it is the people and the way they make you feel that truly make this place exceptional.
Thank you to the entire team for making our family celebration so special. We will definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An Exceptional One&Only Experience — Made Truly Special by Noushad
We had the pleasure of staying at One&Only Palm Jumeirah over the weekend, and from start to finish, it was a truly spectacular experience.
The property itself is exceptional. Our room was beautiful, spacious and incredibly comfortable, and every aspect of the stay reflected the level of luxury and attention to detail one would expect from One&Only.
Our children had an equally wonderful time at KidsOnly. A very special thank you to Meena and Emmy, who made the experience so engaging and enjoyable for them. Their warmth, enthusiasm and genuine interaction with the children made such a difference — our kids absolutely loved their time there.
But what truly set this stay apart was Mr. Noushad, Senior Host.
We have had the privilege of staying at both One&Only Royal Mirage and One&Only Reethi Rah, and have always appreciated the exceptional standards of service associated with the One&Only brand. However, Noushad’s level of hospitality genuinely exceeded anything we have experienced before.
From the very beginning of our stay until the moment we departed, Noushad was exceptional. His attention to detail was remarkable, his anticipation of our needs was effortless, and his availability and responsiveness at any time were quite extraordinary. He made everything feel seamless and completely effortless for us as a family.
What stood out most was that his service never felt routine or transactional. There was a genuine warmth and sincerity to everything he did. He took personal ownership of our experience and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable, looked after and enjoying ourselves.
People like Noushad are what truly differentiate an exceptional luxury hotel from a great one. The facilities and rooms may create the setting, but it is the people who create the memories — and Noushad has certainly left a lasting impression on our family.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the entire One&Only Palm Jumeirah team, and particularly to Noushad, Meena and Emmy, for making our weekend so memorable.
Noushad is an absolute credit to One&Only, and we sincerely hope his exceptional efforts are recognised. We look forward to returning and experiencing that wonderful hospitality again.
