Exceptional service
The service delivered by the staff was exceptional, in particular Vidya, nothing was an issue and always had a smile on his face. Also the breakfast and the House Keeping was truly five stars and beyond . Highly recommended.
6 star service
Service is 6 star. Faisal was the golden sprinkle he was there each time you needed him. He gave us tips on navigating hotel, made sure our stay was premium and was always available - truly a seamless experience thanks to Faisal. Vidya made sure our room perfect all the time ! It was magically cleaned and reset when we went to breakfast and returned home from dinner, always left us little treats and ask if we needed anything everyday!!! The service truly made our experience at Nikki Beach memorable. I will be returning !

Outstanding Stay — and the Best Massages We’ve Ever Had
This was our second stay at Nikki Beach, and once again we were impressed by the level of attention and the overall quality of the hotel. We agree with all the compliments already shared in other reviews.
A very special thanks to Novi and Dee, our massage therapists at the spa. We can say these were the BEST massages we have ever had, anywhere in the world. Both are from Bali, and their technique is simply outstanding.
Novi and Dee made an already wonderful stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!
