Marina Byblos Hotel

Very rude and agressive Security in the lobby!! I was very peacefully sitting in the lobby as it is supposed to be amd waiting my guest to arrive to go to hotel lounge, when this angry face Security guy approached and urged me to go to the lounge now by claiming "it is not allowed to sit in the lobby"! When I asked his name, he told "thats none of your business" and claimed himself to be "Mohammed Ali"! His behaviour and appearance is like, I am "the king here and I can do whatever I want to do". When I asked to speak to Manager, he shouted from the lobby to the Duty Manager Bouz and asked him to come to see me, who didnt approach. When I asked him to lower his tone and not behave rude and agressive, he kept saying"thats not your business" and "who are you, who are you?" Feels like it is not the hotel, but a prison. Overall the impression for the hotel is below zero and I am surprised how this kind of people still work in the hotels. I rescheduled my meeting and went to Vida where there was impeccable atmosphere and none even disturbs you with unnecessary questions and behaviours.

Ana is very nice, approachable, and professional. She always made sure that my boyfriend and I felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Ana, for your outstanding hospitality!
