Having an excellent experience at Byblos Hotel 💓.The hospitality is outstanding in every area. The reception team is very friendly and efficient, the dining staff are attentive and the food is great. Special thanks to the room attendants - my room is always spotless and well maintained. All the staff are truly service-minded and always with a smile. You can feel they genuinely care about guests. My favourite hotel in Dubai BRILLANT
Simply my favourite hotel in Dubai! Amazing newly refurbished rooms, a fantastic location, beautiful Marina views, and Nell Gwynn’s — the perfect pub for eating, drinking and socialising.
But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. You’re always greeted with a warm welcome, and they remember you! A special shout-out to Evien and Mhio at reception, who are brilliant, along with the bellboys, porters and the team at Nell Gwynn’s. Everyone is genuinely friendly, professional and passionate about customer service. Huge credit to the management for recruiting and training such a fantastic team and creating an environment where people clearly love their jobs.
